Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Advertised as services, I have found this a useful second stop before the third leg of a long journey. Especially, as I need a coffee fill up and Starbucks sell my favourite Columbian.
However (in an effort to feed back and get things improved):
(1) Customers need to be aware of opening times because I have been caught out by 7pm closing.
(2) The toilet facilities are seriously lacking. I have experienced them down to the disabled toilet because of water flooding through the corridors. (Not healthy to, then, walk into an area to order food.)
Plus, check if there is toilet roll because I have needed to poach from another cubicle. On the last occasion, I didn't bother asking because I now carry it on the car. Still, not hygienic regards transferring germs.
(3) This most recent visit, one younger of staff couldn't serve anything for "ten minutes". The impression was that she was waiting on someone and, because I couldn't guarantee how stretched ten minutes would become, I didn't by the much needed drink and food for a fellow passenger. Most disappointed because I was running out of options further up the road.
(4) Regards coffee, a previous time, I was interested in "Pike's Place" but would have appreciated being able to buy it to taste. The member of staff seemed clueless but there was only whole beans and not ground to try anyway. So, very limited on stock.
Three staff, only one serving. Hardly any food on shelf. Long queue. Drink came quickly but food took ages and ended up using up my lunch break waiting. The other staff could see how busy it was but ignored it. No smiles, unfriendly. Would not recommend this particular shop. Hopefully, just a bad day.
Had to wait half hourcto be served. 2 people on duty but one kept disappearing. Plenty of space. Toilets one out of order one blocked and no toilet paper in any. It's in a prime position in Burford but oh dear. Will not call again
Visted 10.00am 4.1.23
Nice looking building but that's all the good stuff.
Two young lads no uniform name badges more interested in drinking free drinks.
No supervisor onsite
Tills not working so cash sales only
Took one lad 3 minutes and 3 attempts to add cost of Two drink prices together.
Couldn't give a receipt hand written one looked like a 3 year old wrote it on first day at school day
Was asked 3 times did I want milk in my black coffee
For 10am tables/floor grubby as was sugar/napkin area
Male toilets broken
Disabled dirty, no loo roll and dryer broken.
Will use the garden center next time for a coffee.
Starbucks HQ need to sort this site out as it is damaging the brand.
Barely any food in stock. Had to clear our own table of used cups. No filter coffee. No toilet roll (due to stock issues, i'm sure it is possible to buy some in nearby shops). Mens toilet not working due to 'drain problem'. Disabled floor flooded. Soft chairs stained and not nice to sit on. About 20 quid for a few drinks and some crisps and cakes, very poor value. Shame, as it is in a nice building.
Great olace and building, the heaters weren't working and felt cold, otherwise good location not far from Oxford
Visited Sunday 25th Feb after staying in the Travelodge next door. The member of staff on duty was serving 2 people (it was empty of other customers) and we stood there for over 10 mins and weren't even acknowledged. Definitely needs training as could have taken out order and put it in to cook while making their drinks. We walked out and went elsewhere for breakfast.
It was a little busy for takeout but there was plenty of seating. It was beautifully clean and I was impressed with the facilities. Will come back with friends. The staff were polite but a little slow on service

Quick Facts About Starbucks

Starbucks is a popular global coffee chain known for its convenient locations and wide range of coffee options. However, there are several weaknesses that have been highlighted in the comments provided.
One of the strengths of Starbucks is that it is advertised as a service that can be a useful second stop before continuing a long journey. Customers appreciate being able to grab a coffee and fuel up, especially if they have a favorite blend or type of coffee, such as the mentioned Colombian coffee. This indicates that Starbucks is able to provide a consistent and enjoyable product to its customers.
However, there are also several weaknesses that have been pointed out by customers. The first weakness is that customers need to be aware of the opening times, as they have been caught out by the 7pm closing time. This lack of awareness can lead to inconvenience and disappointment for customers who may have been looking forward to stopping at Starbucks only to find it closed.
Another weakness is the inadequate toilet facilities. Customers have reported experiencing water flooding through the corridors, which has resulted in the toilets being closed. This lack of maintenance not only affects the overall cleanliness of the store but also creates an unhygienic and unpleasant environment for customers. Furthermore, the lack of toilet paper in the cubicles demonstrates a lack of attention to detail and consideration for customer needs.
The third weakness highlighted is the poor customer service. One customer mentioned a young staff member who was unable to serve for "ten minutes" and seemed to be waiting on someone. This delay in service can be frustrating for customers, especially if they are in a rush or have limited options for food and drink further along their journey. In addition, another customer mentioned a lack of knowledge from a staff member about certain coffee options, indicating a lack of training and product knowledge among the staff.
Other weaknesses include long waiting times, unclean tables and floors, broken toilets, and stained chairs. These issues contribute to an overall negative experience for customers and can tarnish the brand image of Starbucks. Additionally, the lack of food options and the perceived high prices for the limited options available have been mentioned, suggesting that the value for money may not be satisfactory for some customers.
Despite these weaknesses, there are also some positive aspects mentioned in the comments. The location of the Starbucks is appreciated by customers, particularly its proximity to a Travelodge and its accessibility to Oxford. The cleanliness of the store and the facilities has also been praised, with one customer mentioning that they were impressed with the cleanliness and would return with friends.
In conclusion, while Starbucks has some strengths such as its convenient locations and range of coffee options, there are significant weaknesses that have been highlighted by customers. These weaknesses include limited opening times, inadequate toilet facilities, poor customer service, long waiting times, uncleanliness, and lack of food options. Addressing these weaknesses and focusing on improving the customer experience would be essential for Starbucks to maintain and enhance its brand reputation.
