I'm not a big fan of Starbucks however their gingerbread latter surprised me, it was good.

Very expensive.

When ordering a gingerbread latte they ask if I want cream, but not if I want sprinkles!! I hate the sprinkles.

Anyway, if you can get over the prices, the coffee is very nice (and distinctive), the sweet items are also good, the seating is great and the service is generally fast.

Great atmosphere, very homely. Good range of drinks and food. The employees are very friendly and helpful and are patient if you cant hear them very well. Comfortable environment. They raise money for a good cause and I will donate whenever I can to it. Very cleanly too

Daughter fancied a wee trip to a coffee shop, and the staff there were amazing. The young man and girl who were serving that day were great, they even went off to do other little things while my daughter was trying to choose what she wanted, not sure if they sensed she was a little nervous or been trained to do that but credit to them made it so much easier for her day to the coffee shop with me. The coffee was also delicious, best I have had in a long time, really great wee spot.

5 people in the queue and I still waited 25mins for my order to be taken - and the shop wasn’t that busy. I was asked to provide a name so that this can be called out when my drinks are ready, no name was ever called so my drinks were tepid by the time I found them and my drinks took a further 15 minutes to make anyway. They were also put in take away cups when I specifically came to drink in.

The staff are careless here and do not care about customers. Honestly the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to.

Very slow service!

Was charged for an order I always get at this store. To then be told by a girl AMY that she was not allowed to do my normal order due to her head office telling her that she was not allowed to add a shot of coffee in a coffee shop in my drink that I had already paid for.

Same as always, an excellent coffee shop that does a nice brew and a cold/warm snack if you want one.
