Editing an old review I wrote a while back where I gave 4 stars.

I got a “caramel Frappuccino”. Check the pictures I attached. Is that a caramel Frappuccino? It tasted chemically and disgusting. No flavour. Nasty.

Peach iced tea was nice, super aesthetic with the ombré look. Kinda tangy, but a little too sugary for tea. It does taste nice though.

Years of grease and grime, the furniture should be changed and burnt. This place is sticky and dirty everywhere. The chairs are oily looking and disgusting. I've never been in a more disgusting Starbucks before, this is the low of the low. The walls have dripping marks on them, even the leather chairs have bits stuck on them, truly terrible. I feel very uncomfortable touching anything as everything looks dirty and gross like it hasn't known what a a clean is in years.

Really friendly and good staff. Clearly and easy to go..I’m loving it..

I had a work meeting there as per a previous review of Starbucks it is weird that they charge you for a take away cup an extra 5p. Aren’t they expensive enough for what they offer? The actual shop was clean and tidy the staff was friendly and helpful too.

I was at star bucks slough opposite the train station today 31 of July until we got disturbed by an agressive begger.The male staff was very supportive and helpful. He showed great sympathy. Good moral value . He offered me something as well , just to compensate. Well done star Bucks

There are better Starbucks then this one. Such as the one opposite the train station. This one, on the high street, feels with our, the clientele can sound a little grungy. But the staff are lovely and a little fussier than the ones opposite the train station.

I used to love this place. Since all management and staff changes, services are rubbish. I usually order Americano with hot milk.. sadly coffee is cold. I never understood how to make the coffee. Either milk would be too creamy or pluffy or isn't much. I just don't find the coffee hot enough, despite the warning and telling staff that I want coffee with Hot Hot Milk.

Sadly, the staff are pretty lazy. They just stand behind the counter.. You can see the mess around with cups and left over from precious customers lying around in tables; you just find your ways to table and move them yourself make space. To be honest, service in this is horrible now. I hope they make some changes ????

We ordered our coffees and went a stood over by the serving point. There was one women in front who had ordered and was talking to the barista (it was clear they were friends). We waited for around 5 mins for our coffees to be made because he was more interested in talking to his friend than doing his job Additionally, whilst waiting, my friend and I noticed that he had wiped his nose with his bare hands several times which I thought was very unhygienic. We asked for a refund this was provided by another member of staff immediately, to which the barista advised he hadnt actually starting making our coffees anyways.

WILL NOT BE GOING BACK and if I can I'll be making a complaint to Starbuck UK
