Very Nice staffs but sometimes not very nice coffee . When you got coffee as not your order , make your day starts with sadness ????

The coffee here is good, it's a Starbucks. But not the best in my opinion. Service is great never to busy. Although there aren't many seats and it's quite a small place. Even though good for the daily commute but I would probably good else where for a sit down.

Nice coffee shop. Polite staff. Overpriced as per usual, however services was quick and efficient .

Just bought Large Latte it's very good, great customer service. This is my first Starbucks latte since Last year April 2020 till 30 April 2021 its still same taste delicious

Love Starbucks...hot chocolate with a caramel shot is my sweet treat...a mistake was made using normal milk and was quickly rectified, no delay...staff were friendly and it was just nice to chill with my besties for a few minutes before going home...????

My favorite coffee caramel macchiato, the barista is telling lie that she put vanilla syrup on my drink. I told her I know my coffee and that's the only coffee I want in Starbucks nothing else. I've a heavy coffee drinker specially from Starbucks always caramel macchiato. I spend more than £200 just only for my coffee every month on my app. So! Please instead of urguing.., I suggest to management the sentence MAKE IT RIGHT. I always telling that to my training to my staff. So that customer make them happy they will come back and giving good review on your shop. ;) Good luck ???? to management

The milk was heated the burnt. It was hot enough to burn the inside of my mouth.

I missed my train in order to go back and tell them and get refunded.

Not a single apology issued. Hospitality has struggled these past two years and this kind of service ruins a business. Have a think about how you handle issues and if a customer has been burnt because of the poor coffee making then an apology at the very least is how you manage poor customer satisfaction.

The staff are very efficient. A very clean environment despite located on the high street. The staff are very helpful too.
