Really poor experience. There were 4 members of staff behind the counter, but they needed almost 5 minutes to notice me. That would make easier to understand the young man if he could remove his hand from his mouth. And would be more hygienic. I saw rubbish on the tables and on the floor. At least the coffee was hot and strong, so it is better than one star. But this is not enough to come back again.

I love the girls in this Starbucks! Always happy always know my order I couldn’t thank them enough for being the best. They deserve the world I know they went through a tough time recently with low staff but they powered through like no others and still had smiles on their faces and still delivered amazing customer service! I’m a retail manager and I know how hard the public can be and these girls power through! Thank you all for your hard work!

I have been using this branch several times a week since it opened - always took my dog with me who enjoyed his ‘puppichino’ - now this morning, after our walk, I pop in for breakfast to suddenly be told DOGS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED !!!!!???? No reason given, just told to leave.

I’m quite upset by this as it’s a treat I always enjoyed with my dog and he was known by the staff and always impeccably behaved as always.

This branch always has a steady stream of dogs as the area is lived by dog walkers so I guess they are to loose a lot of customers.

The staff in this store are always friendly on arrival and serve you with politeness and a smile. The management run the store extremely well and rarely run out of supplies and if they do will always offer a suitable alternative. This store is occasionally busy but that is a sign of the service received and during these times is quick.and consistent.

Very slow,need to hire at least 1 more barista as they are very busy there.But atmosphere is very cosy, warm,comfy

The staff were extremely busy today, I think they were understaffed, but they kept their cool and did their best. The staff were always being professional.

I have been coming in most mornings this past week and the staff are all very friendly and serve quickly, despite it being very busy. I like to sit in with a flat white, which is consistently very well done, and the store is always spotless. Great service!

Not a very nice place staff are rude. They are always changing there staff in which isn’t surprising I wouldn’t want to work there horrible place. Tables are dirty staff are rude and staff always use there hands for food and look unprofessional. There is a staff member girl with short hair she is very rude to customers and has a go at staff for chatting to customers while she just stands there with a file.
