My very first time going to this company money was stolen from me by nail technition named John. He charged me in cash a total of $45 on what should of only be $20. I later found out he tipped his self $5 and used other materials that I didn't asked for in order to charge me more. John was very rude the entire time and aggressive when doing my nails I just recovered from hand surgery so it hurted a great deal. He was very nasty and rude. He was rude, nasty and belligerent as a worker and a male especially in this line of work. I see why they lost alot of business at this location. They profile African American women for being hostel and ignorant but yet here we have things the other way around. I told him calmly just how disrespectful, rude, hostle and nasty he was. He became furious and start shouting so I asked him who was he talking to? Instructed him the manner in which he should speak especially representing an allged leget business and as an employee. He grew very sloppy in mannerism, self control and conduct. I informed him of over charging and not just that (you don't tip yourself that considered stealing from people) it's obvious this isn't the first time they done this!!!!!! Over the year's the parking lot went from packed to empty with a car or two just how it still is to this day. Prejudice at its best and prominent racism from the Asian race. They dismantle African American customer's in there language while offering service's to receive there money. This business is highly recommended to be PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN. It's a hazard to the community give state of abrupt prejudice and racism while in the state of little or no conduct or self control from employees and owner!

Full blown amazing. I have been going to star nails for at least 3 years. Lance and John are the besttttt. John is really good at eyelashes and eyebrows. Lance is really good with nails ????????.

The brothers do always do awesome work. I get the best pedicures. John tattooed my eyebrows and did my lashes. GREAT JOB!!

I have been coming to Star Nails for years. Never had a problem with Lance or anyone doing my nails. When I was paying Lance began to make a big scence through the whole shop yelling about my nails looked fine after not even having enough of the polish that he was using and fidnt have more. He began to tell me loudly tell my mother and daughter not to come in I guess he wasn't used to me not being satisfied with my nails. He literally was so loud and unprofessional everyone in the salon was looking and laughing at how he was behaving. I have seen others with issues when they are rushing. Just to make sure it wasn't me being overly picky I asked another customer and she agreed as she was watching him do my nails the whole time. After all these years sometimes businesses lose their touch. I definitely would not recommend Star Nails anymore after this one experience of being totally disrespectful to a customer not just a customer a WOMAN..

Good prices, Jon and Lance are the best!! I've been getting my nails done here for years.

I usually have no problem when I get my nails done here but yesterday I went and this guy rushed doing my nails. He didn’t even drill and file down one of my hands. And after painting my nails he used his own fingers to clean up the nail polish on my skin, he didn’t even use a brush. Not very sanitary. Also overcharged me.
