Owners were very rude. Never talked to me at all. Never smile or act like they want your business.Very quiet only two customers there and when a gentleman came in asking for pedicure, he was told not today to come back tomorrow.Pedicure itself was okay. They need to improve costumer service big time. I will not go back.
I should have listened to the reviews. The customer service is terrible. I called for an appointment and was told to come at 6, and when I showed up and showed him my designed he said I should come in early if that’s what I want. I said we could just leave it as I didn’t want to rush or to have a set I didn’t want, he insisted it was fine and to stay but proceeded to complain to me the whole time. He was very rude, and proceeded to tell me at check out that he gave me a discount, but I would rather get good service and a good set than a discount any day! The nail tech I went to for a refill asked me if I did them at home by myself because of the quality.
Went with my mom and young daughter (her first time) all 3 got gel my daughter only got fingers and toes done no massages out soak but she's 3. He just came over and grabbed my daughter not saying a single word or anything, they also charged her 45 dollars. The made my mom bleed 3 different times they used the same warming towel for us both, they didn't use clean new tools for anything. Definitely not worth the $200 wish they did refunds. But we like the colors!
Called to set an appointment, was told that a gel nail set would cost $45. Took my daughter there and he tells her $55 all of a sudden. Then, in the hour that he had her in his chair, he took at least 4 smoke breaks. They did a good job on her nails but the clearly either rip people off or they just decide on a price when you get there I won’t go here again. If they had been more professional and hadn’t lied about the prices, I’d go there every time.
My experience was great . Did medicure and pedicure. Overall did great job. Reasonable pricing and clean salon. Did exactly what I asked and wanted.
My daughter and I went searching for a nail salon after I picked her up from the airport in Fargo to go to our cabin an hour and a half away. After contacting Fargo salons and found them too busy and unable to take walk ins, we luckily found Star Nails. They were friendly, professional, understandable, and efficient. When we left as happy customers, I inadvertently left my Kindle e-reader there. The next day I called and the owner said he had tried to contact me, but was unable to find helpful identification and he would hold it until I came back for it. A week and a half later, I made it back and he had it on his desk, but refused a tip for holding it. Our mani-pedis are still in good shape. I only wish I could take him home to Fort Worth in September.
This place is terrible. Lackluster pedicure. The male working there did my manicure. He cut me twice on 2 different fingers and told me it was my fault because my skin is too sensitive. Then proceeded to stab me in the finger with the tip pf the cuticle cutter drawing quite a lot of blood and pretended it didn't even happen. As I was bleeding he still painted my nail blood and all and stuck the brush back in the bottle of nail polish. When we tried to complain they told me no refunds and to go to the doctor if its so bad. The utensils where not cleaned in between clients.
Not only did the gorgeous and sweet woman STAY LATE for me; but when I explained to her that she was helping me do some "self care" to prep for a funeral I had the next day; she was BEYOND understanding! She took her time, talked to me, and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed knowing the chaos I was facing that weekend. This facility is hands down; the ONLY place I will go from now on. I see her this evening and I don't care if I move! I'll make appointments to come back and see just this team because of how wonderful, talented, professional, and accommodating they are!!!
