7 months pregnant, was hoping to have a quick pedi after a long day at work, arrived at 6pm. I was asked to come back tomorrow. I asked if they were open till 7 like the posted business hours on the door listed and also confirmed online prior to leaving my home. I confirmed with her they were open till 7, she says yes. Then proceeds to tell me well we close early if we don’t have any customers. I looked around and there was nobody else in there except another woman sitting with the nail tech chatting. I said well, I am a paying customer and the response I received was “well I have lots of things to do.” She made it very clear that she had no interest in providing any kind of service. I advised her I would take my money elsewhere and walked out. Perhaps the open sign should have been turned off and/or the doors locked. I was willing to give this place another try after the FIRST bad experience and terrible customer service now this. I will never return here and will not recommend this to anyone. Trying to keep my money local, I’ll start visiting Serendipity where I am sure they will appreciate my business and not refuse services!

Staff is very friendly, did an excellent job on my nails. Love the fact they do dip powder. My new place to go get my nails and feet done. Highly recommend.

Second time here, Love the place, the Ladies and the atmosphere! My first set of nails lasted 6 weeks!!!

They were not clear on a price and I had to pay $50 for a pedicure which seemed to be an “express pedicure” very very annoying. I have never paid that much. My nails didn’t really even look that good

I found The Establishment to be clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was impressed with her skill while doing my nails she did not overbuff my natural nail I was pleased. She checked in multiple times to be sure she was doing what I wanted. I'll go back they just got a regular.

Came in with no appointment for 2 pedi's with a bride & they were absolutely amazing. The whole place was very friendly & catered to all we wanted. Very clean & just a good people.

Even ended up doing a brow wax; she was very gentle & my brows look amazing.

Definitely will be returning:)

I received a full acrylic set today, and i am completely impressed! First, the staff took a lot of measures to keep their area clean which i liked. Second, the woman doing my manicure was so detail oriented, like she truly cared about giving me the best looking manicure! I am used to getting my nails done in the city so i was nervous at first, but I will certainly be coming back! In all the years of getting my nails done, this might be my favorite set!

First time here visiting the area. Manicure was maybe 1 minute in tap warm water bowl, no cuticle cream, no cuticle work done at all, lightly rubbed hand lotion and lightly filed natural nail. Paint job was done sloppy. Would not return.
