My techs name was Tram. Very polite. Waiting time was about 20 minutes but the service was tight and right. However I did not like the addition charge of 1.50 for service charge ie Administrative charge added without my knowledge!!!

Tried this place twice. First time was okay. Okay enough that I went back a second time. This place is right across the street from my house, so it’s hard to beat that. My second experience will keep me from going back. First the girl was late, which is fine. It happens. I understand. The real issue was that every single time someone walked in the door, my tech had to greet them. There were several other techs working, but I guess this was her job? She was very distracted the entire time by every single person who walked by or in. Then, she got up not once but TWICE to do an eyebrow wax during my service. I was just getting a fill and it took an hour because of how often she stopped or got up. To make matters worse, I paid the up-charge for gel polish and one nail chipped in less than 24 hours. Within days multiple had chipped. Today is 6 days later and the look awful. She rushed the curing process and it shows. Never again. Save yourself the trouble. I am so disappointed.

Update: two more large chips of polish came off and one nail actually broke and chipped the acrylic on the end. I have to walk around with these busted looking nails for another week before I can get them done again. This is so embarrassing! I am not that hard on my nails. I have an office job and wear gloves while doing dishes. I’ve never had these problems before.

The place is not the nicest and they don't communicate well but their work is very good. They did want to charge me extra for my nieces nails without explaining why or letting us know before hand which really bothered me. They also are fine with leaving you mid work to assist other clients which was also a bit troubling. But if you have time and patience the end product is very good.

Tran is amazing, funny, professional, great energy and he my NEW NAIL TECHNICIAN. I stumbled by Star Nails and did a U-TURN. I was not referred by anyone. Just took my chances. I hit a jackpot. I really appreciate being appreciated. I wasn't comfortable when I got there because I didn't know this business. Once I was seated Tran made me feel as if I was a loyal customer. Such a great feeling!! I immediately trusted him. Thanks Tran!! See you before Thanksgiving.

I went in recently for a “basic pedicure” that was about $46. At the beginning everything was good but once it was time to pay the man who did my nails charged me up to $72 dollars?????? How????? They played me!!! I don’t recommend going here at all especially if your a new client. They will try to scam you.

Prices are jumping rapidly. Still I was giving patient and quality service. At 5 on a weekday, I didn't have a wait. My technician agreed the color I chose wasn't for me. He applied 5 colors before we agreed
