I got my nails done here not even week later they started to fall off. The guy burned my cuticle rushed threw them and my nails are uneven and got lumps in them. And acted like he was is a big rush. 65 dollars wasted.
I went there the people looked like they did not want to be there very bad a greeting people the man I had rushed on my hands and injured 4 of my fingers and gave a discount but when I complained about it he said would you rather have the discount or not. Just over all a bad experience.
Horrible rude service. Rushed through. The guy ripped my nail off and overpriced when I said something about my ripped nail. Paid and left.
1st time customer & The lady who done my pedicure with a sweetheart! The man who done my nails was so rude and harsh... I'm understanding we all have bad days but my nails looked so bad I had to go to my regular salon to have them redone
I went in to ask if they could fix my nails from another salon. The young lady put me right in a chair. She was able to fix them. They went from something I was embarrassed of to something I'm proud to show off. Thank you so much! (The gray is the other salon. The black is from Star Nails.)
We made appointments but they didn’t have staff ready so a guy put foils on to soak my gels nails and went to work on my Aunt. After 20 minutes sitting there alone, I took the foils off myself. Absolutely unacceptable to leave someone’s nails soaking for more than 15 minutes. By the time he walked back over to me, I would have been soaking for 30 minutes before he was done with my Aunt. When I explained why I took them off he said every salon does things differently. He then blamed me for taking them off when they were starting to completely dry out my skin. No real salon would soak your fingers in acetone for 30 minutes. I left with an unfinished service because I no longer trusted their knowledge of nail care. Soaking that long is irresponsible and unsafe. Never again. Don’t waste your time making an appointment. They won’t be ready for you
Terrible Place Fr. I Went In At 5:45 And They Close At 7. I Walked In Nobody Greeted Me. Just Looked At Me And Went Back To Doing Other Customers’ Nails. Then I Was Finally Asked What I Wanted. I Asked For A Full Set And The Man That Did Them RUSHED Through My Nails, Burned My Cuticles With The Drill And Made The Acrylic Thicker On One Set Of Nails Than The Other. And Not Only That, My Nails Started Popping Off In Less Than A Week. I Got These Done LAST SATURDAY ‼️‼️‼️ Also Made Them Extremely Flat With NO SHAPE. He Didn’t Have To Rush, I Would've Gladly Came In On Another Day.
They do a somewhat ok job when it comes to their work but are not customer service oriented, their nail polish never dried as it seems to be diluted and poor quality, they have really bad attitude problems and worst of all they don’t disinfect their tools!
I have seen them merely spray pedicure tools with something but not sufficient to deep clean as they don’t soak anything, my friends and even my mom have all gotten a severe fungus on our nails and feet ever since we started going there. I had to start taking antibiotics to clear me up, I’ve never had issues on my nails like this before. I would not recommend them. Avoid if you can. I don’t know how they have not been reported already and are still in business with their poor hygiene standards.
