There are so many nail options in the area--choose any of the others. Not sure what has happened with this salon, but the quality of service has declined. My no-chip mani chipped within a couple of days. They fixed it, but its the hassle of having to return. They no longer do my nails. Went yesterday for a no-chip pedicure. $45 for results that look like I did them myself. Didn't notice until I got home that it looks like 2 different colors-esp on the big toe. The young girl did my service both times. If you go, definitely request a different tech. She's on her phone and talking throughout. The atmosphere was not relaxing at all. Star nails has lost another customer.

The way the owner just treated a long time customer today, I wish there were a zero star option. Lisa spoke so nastily to one of her regular customers today all because the young lady didn’t agree for an upgraded service. Her tone, body language and carelessness was disgusting. Businesses need to have a heart and respect for the communities in which they serve.
Pricey but nice & spacious salon. I paid $55 for no chip acrylic fulset, coffin (1 color/nothing fancy) and $45 for basic pedi no chip. So no chip to them means an extra $15. The staff is very social & friendly but the tech who did my nails asked me for a "nice tip". Here's a tip, don't ask for a tip lol at least not with words but with your service. The following day after leaving the shop, a nail broke and so I returned that same day and they repaired it at no additional cost. I could see myself giving this shop a second chance simply because they were engaging with their customers and not just talking amongst themselves. My final tip would be to be more consistent with your advertised hours- your business cards say you close at 8pm but your store says that you close at 7pm.
Great place overall and very friendly staff. I’ve been coming to Lisa for 5 years now for my nails, eyebrows and lashes… she NEVER disappoints! I love Mary and Joseph for my pedicure!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went to Star Nails to get my nails done last minute for graduation. The nail tech Leon was very rude. He asked me what color I wanted I said a dark green then he proceeds to say dark like you? I was so shocked. I will never go back there
The co-owner Lisa (and I say this because I believe she and her husband equally own) lacks friendliness and quality customer service that it takes to run a successful and prosperous business. She has lost a loyal customer just from her poor and unpleasant attitude I experienced today. The only reason I would possibly return, is for the servicemen that I’ve been faithful to. They do have a few gems in this place, but one bad apple can surely spoil the bunch. Nail tech LEON does exceptional work for manicures/full sets/etc, STEVEN and JOSEPH (whom are her sons) give great pedicures (I fluctuate between them both), and there is also a “seasoned” lady that does great pedicures whose name I do not remember (beware, there are two women of season, and I am not referring to the eldest). If I was a new customer walking into this place today, I would have turned around and left a completely transparent review that she deserved, but because I WAS a loyal customer, I will not turn away potential customers based off one person that can ruin it for the rest. When your business is flourishing, you don't need to finesse your customers into paying for service they don’t need. I value QUALITY OVER QUANTITY, and this place definitely lacks!!!
I've seen bad reviews but still came... I loved it actually... the guy that did my nails Leon was so patient and took his time and my nails came out great.
