Llegue al lugar para hacerme retoque, ella, (la dueña) no me quito el acrilico de color azul que tenia, dijo que no lo podia quitar" solo me relleno un poco y ni se nota, en realidad parece que sigo necesitando retoque, y me pinto las uñas, y el color azul se nota por arriba y abajo la realidad es que me hicieron un mal trabajo. Y por ese mal trabajo me cobraron $72.... NO LO RECOMIENDO!

Very nice and fixed my nails that the other nail placed messed up.
My entire family and I decided to get our nails done here. I don’t know if it is because they felt rushed but one of my sisters nails looked nothing like what she asked for, then my other sisters nails looked really good but one of the nails nail polish came off when she took a shower. this was upsetting because we paid more the the gel so it would last longer. Then after all of that i am 2 days in with plain matte black nails and when they were done they had a small bubble in it but i don’t get my nails done that often and i didn’t know it would be a problem not only that but i didn’t want to complain so i take long a shower on my 2nd day of having these nails and the bubble pops and ruins my nails. The quality is not good.
Absolutely amazing, the staff here are wonderful and excellent in the work the always get me in and out and have my nails n eyebrows looking flawless.. not too expensive either. Definitely would recommend this business over and over..
If I could give this place no star I would. At this salon they make you wear a mask but they DO NOT sanitize the chairs or tables in between customers. And the salon is filthy. I mean it seems like the people who work there NEVER clean. I consider that a double standard. And while the woman who did my eyebrows did a pretty ok job I personally will NEVER go back to Star Nails. I recommend going to the Grand Nail Salon just up Sheridan by Little Ceasars pizza. They are the best hands down!!
