I take Fish and Chips seriously. I used to drive to Leighton Buzzard to get my F&C fix, but not now! At St Mary's the fish is good quality, the frying just right and the batter crispy and tasty. Chips a great too, melt in the mouth :) Quick friendly service and a nice atmosphere as staff and customers are often chatting together.

Food is great here in fact amazing but its just the timing that are wrong. It said that your open at 4pm so I came at 5pm and you were still closed and this had been happening for a long time and when I tried to call the number to see what time you actually open it went straight to voicemail.

Loved this chippy when we lived in Bletchley. Still pop in when visiting family. Lovely friendly place ????????

A good Chippy is becoming harder to find these days. I have now been using St.Mary’s chippy for a number of years and have always had freshly cooked fish and chips. Never a bad meal in my experience. What’s makes it a good chippy? Well it starts with the ladies who serve, always friendly and up for a chat. The fish is always freshly cooked, yes there is a little wait, but worth it. The chips are proper thick cut chippy chips. It ticks all the boxes, not just one or two. But like all things it is a personal choice, but I’ve never been disappointed.
