I'm glad for people who got great service in this place. It wasn't up to me where to clean my car. Toyota dealership in St Charles gave me complementary wash. I know. I know! U gonna tell me: complementary is nothing. I agree. I didn't pay for service. But I didn't ask much: just clean my car (outside only). No interior. No detailing. Nothing special. Anyway. These are pictures after I left the car wash station.
I can not say how amazing this place is. Clean, Professional, and Efficient. The manger is super nice and well informed on what the each product and service does. I took my car in for a Buff and a Ceramic Wax, it took a few hours but it was all worth it, the color in my paint became super deep and vibrant, even better then when I bought it from the dealer. I will happily take my car back in the future and not think twice about it.
I highly recommend St. Charles Auto Spa! I had 3 automobiles detailed over 3 days and they look like brand new. My dad's Lincoln sold in one day after i had it detailed by them.
Bill and his crew (Eric, Raul & team) at St. Charles Auto Spa crushed it again! No one hand washes, details and polishes vehicles like they do.

Awesome job from start to finish and it was completed in a quick amount of time. Bill was very communicative and thorough in what services would be provided. Given the condition and type of fabric on my car it looks better than the day I bought it. Already booked my 2nd car for a detail. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.
St. Charles Auto Spa might not be the biggest auto spa but, they are the greatest. Bill and his team go above and beyond on a daily basis to make their clients vehicles clean. I wouldn’t recommend any other place. This is the place to go. So I encourage any one who has not been there to head there NOW and give them a try. You will leave satisfied with a clean vehicle.
The staff is always very welcoming, their work and care on details is always great. All my vehicles look new after the crew puts their hands on them.

Got the free wash from Toyota. Not sure if I've ever had a car wash this bad. I watched the car go through the wash and was shocked by how weak the water pressure was. When it got out of the wash, my car literally had huge globs of soap all over (not random streaks). There was no way the people working there didn't notice. The back of the car was barely touched. When I opened the trunk when I got home, the lip between where the trunk opened there was so much soap there still.
