Started coming to Springwood when I was a Freshman in college, and am always satisfied with my haircut!
I had bounced around between Great Clips, and random hair places throughout my pre-teens and high-school years. I wasn't happy with the varying, mediocre haircuts for the price, the in-and-out atmospheres, and never having the same hairdresser/barber twice. Springwood was what I wanted in a barbershop!
The guys at Springwood are super nice, and cool to talk to. I appreciate that they welcome men of all ages, and don't run a members only yacht club.
It's a small building and sometimes there is a good wait, but there's not many places like this left. I'd recommend Springwood to any guy who wants the barbershop experience and a great haircut.

Great barber shop with a friendly owner! I will definitely be back! The shop is cash only, so be sure to at least have a 20 on you before you go!
Been going here since I was 12 or 13 James is the only 1 I will allow to cut my hair and he never disappoints!
Good older gentlemen ran barber shop, good environment but in the time I was there I seen at least 4 or 5 cops come in there for their haircuts some off duty some on duty, they must be regulars personally cops make me feel uncomfortable and they must be regulars there. This place is not for urban style cuts if u are looking for ur basic shave or crew cut then come here.
My grandson's hair is cut perfect ever time. Both barbers are good.
