I came 6 days ago for a 70$+10$ tip with Katie for a hot stone pedicure. Apparently she didn't have enough time to do it because it came out awful. I called 2 days later because my feet are still all callus and the polish looked horrible. I was told they couldn't do anything about that, but uno fixed the polish. The rocks used in my pedi were barely warm, barely any leg massage, ALL FOR 70$+TIP!!!! I WOKE THIS MORNING MISSING GEL POLISH ON MY TOES NOW!!!! I'm a licensed nail tech, and I know that if you don't clean the nails with alcohol BEFORE gel, IT DOESN'T STICK. She didn't clean with alcohol. I paid a total of 89$ for horrible work (I also tipped uno 9$ because that wouldn't be fair to her) never coming back.

I'd say don't bother if you are looking for a place to walk-in to get your nails done. Their sigh n page says Walkins Welcome bit they have 2 cars in parking lot, 2 customers seated and 2 people just waiting on next appointments I guess and can't do anything for a walk-in. I asked "so no walkjbs", they said no. Can make appointment tomorrow. I'll pass. Clearly people not busy but wasted my time driving here to walk in to be told No. I'd understand if super busy but not while people sitting doing nothing. Lost potential business for a regular who works nearby. Customer service is more important to me and they fail in my book for false advertising.

I'm learning that is very important to leave a review either good or bad. But most importantly honest review. I had Services done at this place three times Katie's services are top-notch she listens.???? I went for a gel manicure my main focus is to work on my cuticles. Katie's service is great she sharp she remembered me,

The second time I have come for her services. I was pretty shocked. Because of the lady at the front desk who I believe is one of the owners, She has approached me wrong every time I have walked in there and I won't be back Kate I hope you find something better for yourself.

I had my nails done somewhere else originally and after the other place tried twice to fix their mistakes.. all awhile acting harsh towards me as if I did something wrong I got a recommendation to go here. I walked in and immediately was greeted by a lady named Ashley she had a beautiful inviting smile. I explained my situation to her and she put me right in her chair and I am so glad that I came. She did a beautiful job she had to reshape my nails and repaint them. I left with exactly what I originally wanted!! Spring Island will be my go to salon from now on!

I love Ashley. She does my hands and feet. Never a problem. This salon is so clean. They sanitize everything after each customer. My husband gets his feet done by Kelly who is Ashley's sister. Joann the receptionist is the best ever.

Great job on acrylic nails with gel polish. The polish is just the the right thickness. I usually get the cat eye polish, which I always get compliments on. However this is the chrome polish. Lots of compliments on it too.

Pedicure is always well done. I do wish they would pay better attention to heals. Left a lite rough on the sides .

I’m here from New York visiting family and I am honestly so disappointed that the most amazing nail salon I have ever been to is so far from home! My nails came out BEAUTIFUL and were quite cheap for what I asked the nail artist to do. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They remembered my name and used it regularly. Beyond that, the salon had such a relaxing atmosphere. 10/5 stars!

Wonderful Experience!

Spring Island Nail Spa has a great environment and truly wonderful, talented people working there. I have been there for many appointments with friends, family and my boyfriend. I always leave externally happy and looking forward to my next appointment! Everyone is so happy, professional, detailed and delightful to be around. They are usually able to accommodate an appointment without much notice, but I wouldn’t risk it! I always book my next appointment before I leave. Try them out, and go with whatever they recommend. They have guided me towards new techniques and products that have enhanced the outcome of my service many times. They are amazing!!!
