Shirley kindly came in on Memorial day and did my daughters hair color and style gorgeously with well blended highlights and color correction a true professional who understands color theory! Her HS graduation is coming up so it was very important it was done right and it was Thank you!
The service at this Salon has always been above what is expected especially during these hard times. Shirley is my favorite she as well as the other stylist always do whatever possible to make their clients comfortable. Shirley came in on her day off to take care of me. I love the place.
I have been a client of Shirley's for one year and still think she is the most creative stylist I have ever had. Each cut and color is always better than the last. Shirley knows her craft and keeps up on the latest trends. You will never be disappointed with Shirley.
I love love love Martha!!! She is amazing!!! Takes her time and makes sure that my hair is done perfectly!!! No hair dye is to complicated, I have done different color highlights with her and get compliments every where I go!!! I have found my one and only stylist!!! Thank you Martha, you are amazing!!!
Both google and their website show that they are open on Monday. I needed last min blow dry on Monday. I headed to this salon in the afternoon to find out that they are closed. I wasted 30+ mins of my life driving here to find them closed. It’s better that they update their info on their website because that’s what google picks up as well. So do not come here on Monday and save your time
A friend of mine who used to be regular had a very bad experience there a couple of days back and I just had to write this review. She was charged for services she didn't avail. When she asked why the bill was so high, she was told that she could come in the next day and get a refund since it was pretty late and it was not possible to reverse the charges at that time. When asked for a note stating this, the receptionist asked to TRUST him and that this would be honored the next day.
When she went there the next day, she was treated really badly. The lady who cut her hair started complaining about not giving her any tips and started bad mouthing her. She she started a full on racial abuse - things like eat something with what you saved with the tips, etc.
The receptionist behaved like he dint recognize her. The owner didn't want to talk to her. They even called the mall security telling them that my friend was creating a problem and wasn't leaving. The mall security came and were polite. They even agreed with her and told her that this was a common occurrence and she should just forget it.
VERY VERY BAD BEHAVIOR ON THEIR PART !

I had an appointment last week, the woman at the front desk checked me in and advised me the massage therapist would be with me shortly, and that she had to sanitize the room. Due to covid I couldn’t sit in the salon to wait, so I walked around while waiting for them to call me. ONE HOUR GOES BY, NO ONE CALLED.
I called multiple times and no one answered, finally I walked back to the salon, the owner immediately greets me she’s so sorry the masseus was with another client. She kept telling me the masseus confirmed my appointment and even showed up prior to my appointment to confirm.
Fast forward to following week, I had a gift certificate and wanted to use it. I agreed to come in for a massage at 50% off.
I don’t know what service I actually received but it was NOT a massage and it was awful.
The masseus did not dim the lights. She had “relaxing” music playing from YouTube, ads were coming on every 10 minutes. She would stop what she was doing to skip the ads. She received 2 phone calls, even engaging in one call for about 5 minutes- on speaker phone too.
The room was extremely dirty, cold and loud, you could hear the commotion from the salon.
At one point the masseus jumped on me and was sitting on my low back while she was massaging my back. Very odd.
She commented on my feet said they were “beautiful” which I found to be extremely uncomfortable.
At one point I said I was cold and she lifted the sheet and told me to put my arms under. Very uncomfortable as I’m NAKED under there.
Save your $, it is not worth the hassle or service you actually receive.
I've been there several times and have always had a great experience, both with my haircuts and with customer service. The stylists always do a good job and make you feel welcome. One time there was a communication error where they booked my appointment for the wrong day (so there were no stylists when I went in for my appointment) but they were very accommodating and put me with a senior stylist at no extra cost.
