I've been to a few groomers over the years and I'm always satisfied with the haircut. I specifically rank this place higher because of 2 things. 1) professionalism and 2) good employees. I went in to find out about the place before I went back to drop off my dog. There were 2 employees with whom I interacted on my 1st visit and 1 when I dropped off my dog. All 3 were knowledgeable, courteous, and obvious animal lovers. I witnessed a girl efficiently take care of 3 customers keeping all informed of what she was doing. It's very rare for someone to acknowledge a waiting customer, but she even visibly began to rush. As a former restaurant manager and lifelong consumer, I always notice when someone does more than required. I highly recommend splash and dash boutique. And before I get bombarded with questions, Remington IS available for TV and print ads. We are not doing full length motion pictures at this point due to puppy labor laws.

I took my ragdoll Cappuccino, and was completely satisfied with the results. The staff there was so awesome from the receptionist, the front desk representative, the groomer. The customer service was outstanding. My cat had no signs of stress returned home so happy. The prices were great. If I could rate them a ???? stars i would. Thanks Nicole, Jules and everyone else. Keep up the great work!!!!

Very good grooming shop. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and kind when handling your fur baby. I really enjoy bringing my puppy in for his once a month grooming appointment. My puppy always glad to come here too. I am very happy with the way my puppy looks every time I bring him in for his grooming appointment .Very great shop so glad Splash and Dash La Verne is here.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I have never been up to the idea of having someone other than myself to wash my dog but after reading the several positive reviews I decided to give it a shot. This was the first time I've taken my dog to be professionally groomed and they did a wonderful job on my blue pit. Even more so than what I have been able to do previously on my own. I signed up for the splash n dash deal that they offer and will now happily continue bringing my dog back here. I would definitely recommend anyone to this establishment if they're looking for honest and good quality service to be done for their loved ones.

I'm so sad. I've been a long and loyal customer and have often referred people to this groomer. I've brought my 3 dogs to this groomer for years, long before it was a Splash-n-dash franchise. We've used the splash-n-dash membership for our dog who has chronic skin issues for YEARS and have been so incredibly happy. In the last month, there has been a change in ownership and policies. My membership fee increased, my standing appointment was forced to change and I was told I could no longer bring my dog in twice a week for her bath, only once. The last straw was today when I was told "corporate policy" mandates that I will now have to pay $10 PER VISIT to use the prescribed, medicated shampoo my dog needs for her bath. The entire reason we started with our membership was for our dog's skin condition that required medicated baths 1-2 times each week. Her skin cannot tolerate the regular shampoo. I was offered the "oatmeal" shampoo, also for an added charge. I'm sad because many of the employees are the same. My dogs love going to the groomer and are treated kindly but this policy is a slap in the face to my loyalty and absolutely unacceptable, not to mention unaffordable. Today, I cancelled my membership and cancelled our remaining appointments. I will be taking my 3 large dogs and their regular grooming needs elsewhere. I'm sad that this wonderful local business that I have supported for so long has chosen corporate apathy over customer service and I'm sad that the corporation has no option for me as a customer.

I absolutely love Splash & Dash for the wonderful care, love and attention they give to Jake each and every time he goes on Tuesday mornings! He gets so excited that he nearly jumps out of the car to get to that front door! From the weekly baths leaving him smelling & looking so clean to the haircuts he gets which are done exactly the way I request them...they know what they're doing there! Thank you so much, ladies!!

They're 12$ a bag but my dog is absolutely crazy about these treats. They have only whole foods and spices. No sugar or any crapola!

Starting at $40/mo you can take your dog in once a week for a bath n brushing, then you can do grooming perhaps one a quarter depending on your dog. You can even make appointments online. When your dog is done, you get a phone call and a text to get your pooch.
