Tommy did my nails and I love them so much. The salon as a whole is welcoming. Kenny did my pedicure and it was delightful. Amazing conversations, good laughs… will definitely be coming back! It is a 30 minute drive from my house but it’s definitely worth the hospitality. You get treated like a guest instead of a customer.
The open space in the pedicure area was really nice. The woman who was providing customer care was outstanding. She seemed to run the store and did a great job. Her customer service skills were great! She made sure we were ok and got us small bottles of water.
However the 2 young men working my feet, my nieces feet and my daughters feet seemed a little less than professional in their attire, conversation and appearance. My nail technician had lots of dandruff and very dirty hair and was wearing ripped jeans and funky tee shirt. He also checked and responded to his cell phone while working providing the pedicure. Also the prices for regular pedicures were high ($36).
Best nail service I have received! The staff is amazing and will have you laughing. Very clean and organized. Best part is they are open 7 days a week. They do book appointments if you don't want to wait.

I received attention right away, service was friendly and comforting. However the nail trimming was poor, left to long and the callus treatment was just a matter of minimal scissor trimming. They are overpriced compared to service I received at other salons in Ontario/Mansfield, probably they feel justified because Galion doesn't have a lot of other salons. Will not go back.
Love this place! Current set love them! Great place been twice and on second visit they remembered my name and greeting me as soon as I came in will most definitely be back thank guys your awesome!!
