Staff needs to go back and retake their nail course! It’s not okay to glue tips to the skin! If staff is not comfortable to do nail extensions the owner shouldn’t of made her do it! He laughed and was like well we are behind I told her to glue the tips! Not to mention she brought up the fact she doesn’t wax because she burnt someone. They need to have confidence in their work ability and re attend a class. My finger tips were burning.
I would of rather be told to wait until we have help or to return another day.
I love coming to SpaceX Nails & Spa, I've been their customers for nearly 1 years. Everyone is amiable and cares about you; they are not like other places where they rush to get you out of the chair and take the next customer. I recommend this place to anyone, at least 5 of my relatives go there now and that should tell you something!!
I have been going here for over 14 years and these people that work here are always friendly and work hard. I bring my elderly mother and my daughter and we are always treated with much respect so I love this place and I will recommend them any time because it is like family here I am a loyal customer and will tell anyone who complains that it is all in your head. Come to this business and get treated correctly. Good job and nothing but love for this business ????????????????
Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to!
I came in for walk in and got seen instantly! Don and Anna worked on me for my full set and pedicure. They were very friendly and took their time. Everything came out perfect. I will be coming back ❤️ -Cat.
This is one of the best nail salons. Super kind, thoughtful, and amazing customer service. I've always had great mani-pedis and can't wait to try their new powdered nail polish!
This place is the best! I come to get my nails dipped and a relaxing pedicure. Won't go anywhere else now that I've found this place.
Perfection! I came in for a mani and pedi. The team was quick, kind, and incredibly meticulous with how my nails turned out. I'll be back soon....but not too soon!
Well not much to brag about really... I used to come to this nail salon a lot but I had to stop because it seams that the price has gone up and the quality has gone down.. .. I asked for someone to just put a simple flower on one nail and no one is trained to do freehand design on nails then after the second girl tried she gave me a design I could do better on by myself anyway after all this I ended up paying well over $100 for something that looked like my 7 year old did for me. Oh should I mention that I only got a pedicure and manicure with gel polish and no acrylic. Anyway I won't be back. Who knows of a good nail salon with talented people?
