So, I was new to logan sport because I was just visiting. I looked up nail salons and this was the first one that came up and it was close. I went in wanting to get my acrylics off and then SNS with tips. This man had absolutely no idea what the heck I was talking about. So, then i changed it to just to help polish. I was worried at this point and he kept saying that he’d do a good job, but he didn’t. He didn’t even soak my nails off like you’re supposed to. he just ripped them off. I left with my nails bleeding. After that I was so done that I just said I didn’t want any further service. So, I checked out and didn’t leave a tip because the service was bad. He gave me an awful look and then he kept looking at me through the window until I pulled out. DONT GO HERE!!!!

I went to this business because I had ripped one nail off while exiting the airport.. he told me to go some place else… he didn’t want my business because it was only one nail.. little did he know that I will be here for minimal 5 years for my business. I do not recommend this business owner.. poor poor service .. if it’s on nail,,. Guess we are not important .. go somewhere else.. exact words.. not one other customer in the building.. bad man.. bad business.. if I could give it a negative 5.. I would.. I will give my business to someone who deserves it:. Not a business with no customers.. yet still will not fix a nail.. disgusting .. minus 5

This place is HORRIBLE!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. THEY MESSED UP MY TOES. AND NAILS! N WAS VERY RUDE TO THE NON CHINESE LOOKING WORKER

Absolutely horrible. My 10 year old daughter wanted to spend some of her Christmas money to get her nails painted with gel polish. So yesterday afternoon she got them done. They charged 40 dollars. By last night, all of the nail polish was off her nails. Today, I took her in so they could see what her nails looked like and to ask for her money back. They absolutely refused. They said the polish came off because her nails are short??? What?!? Then they said they would repaint her nails…I stated that I did not want them painted again(wouldn’t the polish just come off again because her nails are short?)I just wanted them to give her the money back. Next thing I know the man called the police! I was calm the entire time. Completely not necessary to waste two officers time. The officers explained to me that there was nothing I could do outside of taking them to small claims court. I will NEVER go back to this place!

I got a full set acrylic manicure and pedicure. They didn't cut my toenails. And 1 hour after getting my acrylic manicure one of the nails snapped. I went back in and they told me to come back tomorrow. I live over an hour away and my mom took me there for my birthday. They were so rude and refused to help me. The man also didn't put any lotion on my hands after and made me bleed on my ring and pinky fingers. I'll never go again

I have been a loyal customer here for a while now..broke a nail yesterday so I come in to get it fixed today. There is 1 customer in here and he tells me I can't fix it till tomorrow. I will take my business elsewhere.
