Sausage and Chips were amazing and fresh as were the mini spring rolls.

The service was great.

Now the bad part…

My plain chowmein smelt sour when I opened it and tasted like a mouldy old Fridge.

Service I've had to date has been good. However, this evening used a menu, I'd received with an order couple weeks ago, to order a couple of dishes. Upon collection price quoted by lady was nion £3 more than price list I had. Was then told by about 3 members of staff that that price list hasn't been used for 4mths as now there's a new one. Then told quite adamantly I should have known about the new price. Rather than honour the price for good customer service/relations insisted on the higher price. So I left minus meal! Very disappointing.....

It's under new management and has gone up in price. Food not as good as before .

Placed an order to be delivered the Chinese lady said ain't busy be 20 minutes was like cool ok then an hour later went by and rung back to see where my food was. She didn't understand what I was saying and became rude as well as the other staff. She said one minute it's on the way then it will be 10 minutes then it will be later. There was no straight answer to as where my food was obviously she took my order and didn't make it. It was now 9pm and she kept saying be later then when I said look we don't want the food now cancel the order she became very rude and started shouting down the phone at me. I had to be firm with her and say look we don't want it now calcel the order never go there again they need.to work on there customer service. Only gave one star coz had to to write a review

Chinese Food always hot and delicious. The staff are wonderful. Great value for money.

Generally good service now, have upped their game in serving counter customers more quickly now instead of concentrating on phone/online orders.

Another takeout that's let its standard slip to the point I eventually got the message and stopped buying their food. Previously they'd served up good fish and chips. However of late, the fish portion is reduced and the chips are dry and possibly a day or so old and just being reheated.

After another poor fish and rubbery chips purchase I threw the towel in, fed the lot to the local gang of seagulls who still squabbled over them with each other, and I cut my ties with Spa, never to return!
