Besonderer Ort (für jeden Keane-Fan!!). Tolles Frühstück bei wunderschöner Aussicht. Ein Muss für jeden Bexhill-Besuch.
Gutes Essen, preiswert und ausreichend. Der Blick auf das Meer ist klasse, die Bedienung freundlich. Leider ist das Lokal nicht barrierefrei.

A lovely cosy little cafe with friendly staff and great prices. We sought the cafe out specifically because my favourite song of all time is called… you guessed it… the Sovereign Light Cafe by Keane. And it did not disappoint at all. Would definitely return if we are in the area again!
Small café located right on the promenade. They have plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not sure if I had terrible luck or they just don't order enough stock in but first asked for a scone with jam/cream and they had run out of those. I then asked for a sausage roll and they didn't have those either. Ended up with just a can of coke as didn't want a sandwich.
This café is famous for having had a Keane song named after it. Inside on the walls, there are photos of the band members visiting the café.
Absolutely appalling. Avoid like the plague. I chose to try it today on a bike ride out. Ordered the fish and chips. Can't go wrong with fish and chips in the seafront right? Wrong! The chips were obviously in part refried, some nice but many were just skanky, tired and hard. The fish was so oily it was limp and filled your mouth with grease. I sat at a table pushed up against a black bin with clutter and signs keeping me from moving my chair out. The table was adorned with dirty plastic salt and pepper pots and a sugar shaker that had some sort of half sugar half grime congealed all over the top. I asked if I could possibly charge my phone, and when the staff member went to ask the manager I heard her say "No. They will just have to learn to charge their phone before leaving like everybody else." I caught sight of the manager moments after her saying this and she looked angered that anybody would make such a horrendous request like "could I possibly charge my phone?" Safe to say I will never give such a grimy incredulous "business" my money again, and I implore you to never do so either. Disgusting!
