Laura’s been cutting my hair since I went short in 2020. She’s consistent, careful, and always makes sure I’m happy with how she’s cutting it. Having a barber has been a learning curve since I had long hair for so long but Laura has made it easy. She also recently bleach and toned my hair for the first time and did a great job making sure it didn’t have that orange tint that can sometimes happen. Laura’s a good barber choice for all cuts and genders alike. 10/10 would recommend.

Dre was AMAZING with my 3 year old boy. My son was very scared to get a haircut. Dre was willing to cut his hair outside in the Miami Heat for a more quiet space. We were all sweating- but Dre didn’t take the smile off of his face.

When I walked in I heard reggaetón music, saw great art and felt an overall welcoming vibe. I wanted my hair cut there.

I totally recommend this place. I have since moved to Oregon but SouthSide Barbershop had all the great things I love and miss about Miami.

Jean is absolutely an amazing barber. He is kind, detailed, and extremely professional. He is the first barber that I have had that truly goes above expectations. I highly recommend everyone to book an appointment with Jean.

Hugo was great. Good personality and easily gets me right every time. I tell what I want and he makes it happen.

Told the dude specifically to make my fade straight. He curbed it. Tried them twice. I’m not picky, But please give me a clean cut and follow easy directions. Left side is not even blended.

Hugo is the best man hands down. My guy holds it down every time I come in. Bless up.

The guys are hospitable and professional from start to finish and always cater to the clients needs. They always have a great music playlist from hip hop, house, jazz and Spanish music to keep the ambiance vibrant while relaxing during the haircut. Walk-ins are attended to in a timely manner so hit these guys up!
