Please read.. Worst experience possible it’s been about 2 weeks and my chemical burn scabs on my scalp still have not healed and don’t get me started on what the dye looked like my hair didn’t even need to be bleached definitely not for over an hour while I was complaining in the worst pain I’ve ever had on my scalp but according to my hair dresser beauty is pain and I wanted my hair done My hair turned out blonde grey with orange tips when it was supposed to be dark-medium brown and is now very damaged and unhealthy I got yelled at and flipped out on by my hairdresser over the phone when I politely said how I was unhappy with the turnout and she told to me never contact her again and she should have charged me 200
more than what she did when she told me how much it was going to be she would not let me talk to management and another hairdresser who answered the phone also told me there was no manager for me to talk to so there is no one to reprimand actions like this from the workers in the salon my hair dressers name was Coco please save your scalp and hair do not go to her or here very very sad and traumatizing
It was easy to get an appointment as a new user of this salon. Sam did my hair and she and the other staff were professional and friendly.
I go here because the girls are so friendly, the atmosphere is nice,and the service rocks..
Went to get my hair done by Carolyn, and she did a fantastic job. The price was better than what I imagined. I would call to see her first to discuss what services you want. I am pleasantly pleased, and would highly recommend ❤️
All the employees there are talented, polite, and overall skilled at their jobs. I've never left disappointed.
Their prices are more than fair for wash, cut, blow dry and style. They always get me in pretty quickly.
