Our Portuguese Water Dog loves it here!! He has gotten the full groom + retriever clip 4-5x from here now; he is always handsome & seems genuinely happy with each experience. We are very pleased with the professionalism and kindness expressed by all employees that we’ve encountered with each appointment. Communication has been wonderful as well.

They did a great job. We done a walk-in after my other groomers cancelled on me. Cookie won’t hardly sit still for pic.

They do a good job of trimming a dog's toenails, but their posted hours are not right. They take walk ins but close early, so that's frustrating when you drive 10 miles to get there 30 minutes before they're supposed to close & you find they're already closed. Grrr. Like today, Wednesday, when I got there at 5:30 & they're supposed to be open until 6:00.

This business is lucky to get 1 star scheduled weeks in advance we 5 min late into the 15 min window we are given to meet our appt time once arrived we were not informed to bring rabbis paperwork so we left, my wife called immediately to offer to email and then was told we were almost to the 15 min mark and on THEIR ERROR WOULD NOT TAKE OUR DOG FOR THE SCHEDULED APPT. IM AM SO TIRED OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF BUSINESSES NOW DAYS. ADMIT YOUR ERROR AND DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

I took both of my goldendoodles here. I thought it would be fun to dye one of them to look like a giraffe. Southern paws surpassed my expectations. They were so sweet and kind. They did a wonderful job on my babies. Highly recommend!

This is the worst groom my toy poodle has ever had. It's very uneven. I specifically asked for his ears to be plucked because he is a poodle! Ears weren't touched and were not even clean! He is groomed every 6-8 weeks and I decided to give them a try, I so regret it. His claws were so sharp from being cut that a had to take an emery board to them. I called and spoke to the manager and she gave the excuse that a new groomer did him. My response was why were they not checking behind a new groomer to make sure she is doing what she should?They offered to redo him, but he has so many areas that are way too close to his skin, therefore he would need to be cut too close. Also, he was there from 9:30 and I was finally called at 3:25. Why would I put him through that again? I wasted $60 for services he didn't even get.

They were great with cutting Ollie's hair!! The facilities are nice and we were able to wash my other puppy poppy! They both came out looking great!!

The staff is nice, but prices are too high in my opinion. A 15-20 lb. "starts at" $60 for a bath and haircut, and they request a tip as well. The last time, my pet had large areas in his hair, around his neck, that were uneven. For that price, I'd expect a better job. Unfortunately, this is the only place in Ringgold now. I've also read several other reviews, and noticed that even in fault, the owner will not except or apologize, as if the customer is always in the wrong when receiving an unflattering review. I also expect to be in the wrong upon the owners reply. I may possibly use their service again, but I will pickup my pet instead of my wife. So I can point out any poor trims covered by a bandana. If there are none, I will update this review immediately to a more positive one.
