Great service! This shop got me right in with no wait when I had motor oil leaking heavily from my engine (a different mechanic in Athens incorrectly installed the oil filter the previous day). The techs at Southern Auto trouble shot the issue and properly installed a new oil filter, topped off the missing oil and had me on my way in no time. I will visit them for (hopefully scheduled) service again.
I asked Bill for a oil change and he told me to leave his store. He didn't have anybody that knows how to change oil.
Went for an oil change. I called ahead and was scheduled for 11am. Got there a few minutes early. Staff was very polite, prices were great, and the wait was not long at all. Will definitely be back when it's time. Thanks guys!
Bill Lively and his staff are always quick, honest and to the point. I was able to get in and out quickly because I had an appointment 2 hours away. They quickly found the. Nail in my third and fixed it and I was not late for my appointment.
