I visited this salon on July 22, I chose their $35 pedicure that came with 2 extra “pampers” of your choice . The lady was very rough with the metal tools, nearly making my toes bleed. She never cut my hangnails as I asked. Not to mention she only did 1 of the “pampers” && tried to argue that she did both after I spoke up. After finishing the pedicure she asked if I would like my eyebrows waxed for an extra $10 .. I said sure. After that’s done I go to check out with my debit card in hand, she reaches for it without telling me a total. I look at my receipt to see she charged me $60 for what was supposed to have been $45. I asked why it was so much && she stated it was an extra $15 for gel polish even though I NEVER said I wanted gel polish, she proceeded to say she asked me &&b I said yes (even though she never asked) she didn’t want to give me the $15 back until I was clearly heated, still only giving me $10 from the cash drawer. I told her the $5 was her tip && I wouldn’t be coming back. Here I am 3 days later &&b the “gel” polish is already coming off in whole pieces. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

The lady promised me she would be able to take me back and to be able to do my feet. She then tries to paint my toes with the gel polish clear and put the machine over my feet and I told her that she was supposed to do a fill in on my big toes. She then goes to say that she is gonna paint over and I told her no ma’am don’t worry about it. She told me to just come back tomorrow. If I can rate this I wouldn’t give it any stars.
They rush through and unless you pay extra for gel polish they just don’t care. Not to mention that they don’t honor their word after speaking and having physical proof of the conversation. A free fill in should be just that!! Not wait until you are done and then change your mind that it’s now $17.00 definitely won’t be back! We’ve been to better salons around here for sure. Solar Nails you had a chance to correct your mistake and man did you guys miss the mark.

I really enjoyed the pedicure. i was the first customer when they opened and I think that is the key so you don't have to wait long. The lady that did my pedicure, did a great job and she didn't rush like I've had in the past at nail salons. I was very happy with the outcome.
So my friends and I walked in and sat down, and no one spoke. About 30 mins later a caucasian lady walked in and then the staff spoke to her, then to us. We proceeded to wait another hour. I got pedicure and it was terrible. They don’t use liners in the bowl!!! It took my friends and I two hours to get our services done because there were only three workers. We arrived at 12:45 and did not leave until 4:20. They were rude, unpleasant, and the salon was unclean. My nails, which are gel, chipped not even 36 hours from when I got them done. They charged for every small thing. I paid 45 for a fill-in, and my friend paid 48 for a full ombré set with design. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
Pleasant staff. The salon is not clean, everything is worn... I went to avoid driving in bad weather and would not return. Getting my nails done is also time to relax and the overall appearance didn't allow that. Visible dust, hair and other debris on the floor, etc. Hopefully they aim to improve the quality of products used and cleanliness of their salon.
