The experience was awesome. Eng and Loma were great. Mom and I came here for my first pedicure on her birthday. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work
Had an amazing experience at Soho. The staff was nice and the shop was so clean. I have sensitive feet and don't like others to touch them. This was the first time I felt they were in capable and meticulous hands. Thanks Soho. I will be back often.
1. I waited 40 minutes to even be seen
2. I couldn't get it what I really wanted because I had to wait so long
3. The finally product (Sandy is her name I believe)
3a. She said "The white just spread so easy but i clean and up and it be all pretty and neat" (as you see she didn't)
4. I couldn't get them fixed that day because I was already late for class
5. The next day I went to and asked if they could clean up all the polish that was everywhere and fix a nail that was already chipped (gel)
6. They tried to blame the chip nail on my nails being weak
7. They redid all my nails (I didn't ask for that) and put some gel powder on them (also didn't ask for that)
8. Tried to charge me 10 dollars for a gel powder I did not want had to tell them basically I wasn't paying for it
9. Sandy waved me off and told me to go somewhere else next time very rudely
This place is AWESOME! Service is always top notch and everyone is so friendly. Most important is how clean this place is. I'll never go anywhere else.
Wonderful. I always come back here because the pedicures are amazing. Very satisfied with my nails this trip as well. My technician was attentive and listened to everything I asked for. Always double checked with me.
I just left Soho Nails and I can’t believe what a fantastic experience! My nails looked so good I almost hated to put polish on them! This is the most amazingly run salon I’ve ever visited. Eng took care of my pedicure and he is outstanding. A true technician while at the same time an artisan. I’m going to be living at the salon in the future. None better!!
Honestly the best pedicure I’ve had in years. Always wonderful environment to come and get your nails and toes done. Ing is very nice a personable and very knowledgeable ab what he’s doing! Definitely recommend him for a pedi!!!
I have come to this place for years and I love it. They are so friendly and attentive. I always get pedis and am happy with the results. If you’re looking for your nails to be done try them out you won’t be disappointed
