The guys do a great job with your nails. They take the time to make sure all your nail tips are the same size!! The ladies are not always consistent with the quality of their work. Prices are a bit high. The place is clean and cozy.

I have been coming to this place since day 1. It’s gorgeous in there and they make you feel like family. I always get the dip powder on my real nails usually every 3 weeks. My nails are literally invincible. I also bring my daughter and friends for pedicures. Helen does my nails and you can’t help but love her and her perfectionist work! I’ve had them done by other people there and always happy!

I was on my way to solar nails like I normally do to get my fill done and they were closed I didn't realize it was so late in the day it was 7:00 p.m. so I Google's other local nail salons and soft touch nail appeared I called and asked if they could squeeze me in really quick and first I'm assuming it was the owner cuz it was a male said no and then he asked if I could come the next day which sadly I couldn't today was the only day I could do anything due to having someone watch my children and he ended up talking to another person unsure of what he said he ended up responding on the phone that I could come in ASAP because they were closing and that it would take me which I was very surprised I did have to wait about 15 minutes but I was seeing and my nails looked great the lady taught me some stuff about nails and she got it done in a timely fashion. I do like how my nails came out but I'm not so sure if I like the atmosphere it didn't seem so welcoming like my normal place solar nails and that's what I really look forward to because I only have so much time for myself and feeling welcomed is really a good thing and I think it was not just me but many others there was like four other ladies and it was just dead silence ???? for a while.

I highly recommend Soft Touch Nails. It's clean, relaxing and very friendly. I absolutely Love Helen, I see her every time I go. She's precise, perfection and fast does a Beautiful job. Everyone there is very friendly . Wouldn't go anywhere else.????

wanting a design on 2 out out of 10 nails. lady said she wouldn’t have charged me if i wanted designs on all my fingers. what??? tried to convince me to get a different design, then charged extra when i declined. also charger extra for a certain white color. also charger extra for how long it took. ended up being 95$ for a simple french tip set w/ a design on each hand. please don’t come here. also they made me bleed on 3 fingers

I have been going to Soft Touch since they opened and was pleased with my mani/ pedi.

My recent trip was disappointing and the worst nail job I’ve had. My thumb was cut (bleeding)

and my nails were cut to short and badly shaped. Most of the employees are not friendly and after this, I will not return
