Called over the phone to see if walk ins were an option. Drive 30 minutes to the salon. Lady tells me to go to seat 7. Gentleman comes over and tells me to wait upfront for the lady. I go sit down again. The lady proceeds to tell me that nobody has time today. I came for a full and pedicure. I will not return. Very rude. Definitely will spend my money elsewhere.

I went to this place to get my eyebrows waxed. I explicitly specified I did not need the eyebrows to be shaped, just needed them to be cleaned up (my eyebrows are/were thick and in good shape just needed to remove extra hairs). The owner was the one who did the eyebrows. She did one eyebrow and let me see it in the mirror and I got very sad seeing it very thin. I told her that I didnt expect it to be thinned out, just needed the clean up. I was very polite and said its ok that this happened and everyone makes mistake but now we dont have a choice so lets make it similar on the other eye. There comes her behavior and attitude and it was horrible. She starts telling me that she does not want to do my eyebrows next time. I asked why? I said its ok that mistakes happen and she can try again but she rudely refused to do my eyebrows and repeatedly told me that she will not do my eyebrows again. She was not ready to accept the true feedback and despite of me being nice to her, she had very wrong attitude. On top of all, while paying for the service, she tells "Good Luck finding a better place in town because you wont be able to find one and you will regret". Her arrogance was just unlimited. God bless her.
I’ve tried them on two different occasions and both times they sucked!! The SNS method they use doesn’t last. The top coat will come off and it will visibly show the grit from the powder. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I got my toes done with them bc I figured they couldn’t possibly mess that up and they did! I got simple French tips and the lines were crooked.. they just provide services to pass the time but the work is very poorly executed. Now there was a younger guy there doing toes and he is amazing but as for the older gentleman and woman! Nooo!! Maybe they have some they cater to and they keep the business going but as for me I would rather let a 5th grader do my toes before I go back here!!!!
Just had the best French manicure ever! I love the peachy base that Ruby used and I have had lots of lovely comments about how great my nails look. She makes you very comfortable and confident to persevere. Having such a wonderful and dedicated beautician who is completely mobile is brilliant.
Love the nail bar style of the salon. Great range of colours and quality product. Breana was an absolute gem today, so happy with my nails, recommend and will be booking specifically with her in future! Great cost for the quality of treatment, online booking and volume of appointments often available.
A Fabulous experience at the SNS Gel Nails today. Super clean and Covid compliant. The lovely lady’s are very welcoming and friendly and She did an amazing job on my nails. Thank you . I wouldn’t go anywhere else and will recommend to all of my friends. I look forward to my next visit.
Being that I am a male, I was somewhat reluctant to get a pedicure. I figured it was too feminine and I would just continue to clip my toenails myself. The weather is starting to warm up, and I wanted to start getting a monthly pedicure. I chose SNS Gel Nails & Facial, and they do a wonderful job. They are friendly and make you feel welcome once you enter their salon. Selena and Jasmin are my go-to manicurists and I have never been disappointed. Thank you and see you next month.
