I have been going to Snow Nails for about 5 years now. The people who complain about this shop mostly complain about the time they have to wait. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment! I make an appointment after getting my nails done, for my next time I’ll be coming in. The price is on point, I’ve had experience with every nail tech and I’ve never had a bad experience! Van is amazing and going in there is like being with family. They are always super busy! Please have patience with them! GOOD nails take time! I’ve never had issues with nails falling off. This is the only salon I trust!
Snow Nails is a fantastic nail salon. I’ve been coming here for years, and am consistently pleased with their service. Van is always pleasant, does a great job on my nails, and I look forward to seeing her every time I go. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for nail services. I highly recommend Van AND Snow Nails. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been getting my nails done for years! I love the friendly people here and how they always greet you as soon as you walk in. Van is the best!! I always get compliments on how pretty my nails are! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I Will NEVER come back to this nail salon! First I made an appointment with Van on 1/19/2023 @3:30 got there on time she was doing someone else nails while I sat there for a good 10-15 mins before she tell me she can't do them. So I went on requested the husband. I received a mani/ gel nails. As soon as I get home I noticed my gel was peeling so I called the next day because the were closed to be told to come back down (mind you I stay in Fairfield township) ok cool. I told the young lady on the phone I'm not able to come until Saturday (By Saturday several had peeled)! She said that was ok. I then get down there Saturday just to be told by the gentleman that did my nails to come back Monday. Like really?! As I shared with him I live far he continues to tell me other techs were gone and then asked me who did my nails and I said, you did! Still with a blank stare n refuse to re-do them and he shut and locked the door. I will not be returning n I will be disputing with my bank For all my funds!. I should have figured with all the other bad reviews this place is HORRIBLE and they are! They don't deserve 1 star.
So disappointed, I made sure I scheduled an appointment even came in early. I was waiting an hour and still nothing. So I left. I used to love this place but it doesn't matter if you have appointment, you'll still be waiting. I understand 10-15mins behind but a whole hour + ? Ridiculous.
