Totally disrespectful of your time. It doesn't matter if you booked an appointment. They're gonna make you wait for an hour or more as you have time to waste for no reason.
Not professional at all. This "yo" and laid-back aptitude went a bit too far as they can take ownership of your life for the day you booked the appointment to get a haircut.
I'm there every few weeks and been going for years, Eli never fails and I've always walked out with a faultless trim. I wouldn't trust another barbers.
I had an appointment booked this morning at 10am with Smoked Eli and then it got changed to Smoked Seoul by the shop. I arrived at 9.55 and the shop was still closed. I waited 5 minutes and another barber showed up I asked if he was Seoul and he informed me he wasn’t. I asked how long he was going to be and he didn’t even tell me instead just said he’s going to sort out his car. I’m beyond frustrated as I’ve travelled almost an hour to attend my appointment. I was not even notified he was going to be late or anything. My schedule is very tight and I need to be back in London by 11.40 the latest! I used to go here when all the OG barbers were there and now they have left the standards have dropped and unprofessionalism has risen! I won’t be returning. Stay clear! Since they got “popular” they do not care about customer loyalty or service.
Excellent standard for haircuts for all hair types. Couldn't give 5star as barbers run late for appointments more often than not meaning you have to wait.

For many years I went to a normal barber down the street and honestly I never noticed how dirty they were doing me until smoked jack trimmed me. Even if it's paying a little extra I was extremely impressed. It's not just the trims, he is charming and keeps conversations going making you laugh. Best barber experience ever, definitely recommend to everyone. S/O to smoked jack
