Well Raeford is officially turned out. Went here today and never had to use debit. Would have shown I.D with all the security it has.. usually my receipt is stapled but not today. It was given to me two receipts. Then she pat her head and proceeded to tell me to have a nice day. I never said anything to her about her work ethic in here but maybe guilty conscience plays a role .

Went into this store even though I’ve heard of racist behavior by the owner and staff. I can only encourage you to buy from black owned establishments. In facts there’s one less than 5 miles from this store. When I asked the owner about her behavior she asked me to leave which is perfectly fine, it’s her establishment. I will not spend my money here no matter how many options are in that store.

Big spacious store, owner was very friendly and helpful and the associate she has working in the store was AMAZING,! His customer service skills are wonderful

If I could give a BIG FAT ZERO!!!!……I would! I have been waiting for OVER 30 minutes for this place to open. First time coming here and I will not come again. HORRIBLE! Definitely Don’t Want To Spend My Money With This Establishment!

1st time visiting a hair supply shop and they made me feel so at home. I don't know the guys name there but he's super awesome. No judging, very helpful, and answered all of my questions. I will be a repeat customer based on just his interaction with me. ????

Lots of options but, I will never go back again! I spent 60.00 in one visit and decided that I didn't like the color of a product I purchased and they were gonna let me return it ,but i was told that I couldn't return it because something was missing out of the packet (that was already opened when I bought it). I didn't notice that a piece was missing when I initially purchased the item didn't even know it was included until I came into return the item within an hour after I purchased it. They told me, "sorry, next time we'll check for quality assurance" . Next time , I'll just purchase from Hair Guard

Being the quality/ price conscious customer that I am, I went into this establishment. The Asian owner was very off putting. When I inquired about the prices she said “I already told you, what the prices are” and looked away rudely to ask others do you want some help. This was one of the few times I have been in this store and needless to daybreaks I shall not return.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. They have a very diverse product stock. They let you do your shopping without any type of harassment. I definitely recommend this beauty supply store.
