Expect the normal hyper vigilance; if you know you know. I paid and the husband stood by the door, seemingly in case the inventory sensor was activated, when patrons exited.

Definitely will be taking my business to ICON or other black owned businesses.

This beauty supply is in my area. They have a lot of items here. But they hesitate on giving out discounts to license cosmetologist. They’re register systems are old, they don’t have a discount system for repeated customers. I will use another supply store in the future, conversation with the front desk or owners wasn’t well received here , I don’t spend my money we’re I’m not satisfied.

Although they Don't have a huge selection, they have the premium products that you are looking for.

I moved to this area a little over a year ago shopped here a few times and I usually spend quite a bit money there but I went there a couple of days ago and the lady at the register came all the way to the area I was in and I saw her just standing and looking at me for a while as if she thought I was shoplifting or something so I look at her and I left she just lost me as a customer I will never go back there.

The people who own this store are lovely! I am always so happy when I leave because the vibe is just really warm. I can ALWAYS find what I need and more lol. But seriously, I can’t say enough good things about this beauty supply. They have relevant products and you’d be doing yourself a favor by checking out the whole store. Prices are super affordable too. I’m sorry to gush but it’s just so nice to find a place that has what you’re looking for and where the people are so kind hearted. :)

I started going here a few months ago because they are open on Sunday. I absolutely love this place. I have bought 2 wigs from here that people absolutely love plus the staff is friendly and instead of 'following you' like someone else said, they offer their services and check back in with you every so often (which is a better way to monitor theft). The staff is very helpful and answer any questions I have with no issues. Plus I found out that they sell a product that I've been looking for all over Durham! I love this place. I always recommend it and I haven't been back to another Beauty Supply Store since.
