First, I want to say that I grew up in NY. Now, the reason I brought this up is that the first time I walked into this store, I felt as if I was transported right back into a NY style Korean beauty supply store. Now, my third go around, I'm still amazed at how much I still get this feeling. It feels like home. It has every hair, nail, skin and even clothing wear these NY store have. It's like a one stop beauty store. Please check it out. The stuff is really friendly and there is also a reward system.
I used to like coming here for my beauty needs. Spent a lot of money in this store. But today I feel I was profiled all because the Asian lady at cash register didn’t think I had money because I told her to put back a purse that I thought might of looked too cheap for me to carry. As I was digging in my purse to see what card I was going to use I set my driver’s license down on the counter to pull out my American Express card. I’ve never been asked to see my license EVER, in any beauty supply store. Just because I didn’t want to buy the cheap looking purse lady don’t mean I’m not trustworthy or don’t have money. Yeah I’m offended.
My daughter and I shopped at this store on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. We were not greeted instead we were met with an sales person with no customer service skills. We were looking at the bonnets attempting to feel the material though the opening. The sales clerk yells from the aisle in front to not open the pkg. We proceeded to look at the different pkgs. trying to determine the quality of the material without peeking. She approached us and brushed against my daughter. My daughter responded by saying “excuse me” three times. The sales clerk then says “I said excuse me” which she did not! She then says I will open the pkg. for you. We declined and walked out! I will never ever shop at this store! I suggest shopping at the Beauty Now store on Hwy 124 in the Kroger shopping center. The staff are welcoming and the customer service is superb!
I came to store Friday morning when I got home my eyeliner was missing. I came back to the Monday and they refused to replace my eyeliner, showing me they camera that Chinese lady put it in the bag. I was trying to explain to the Chinese lady that I never got. she telling me to check my car it may have fell in my car. Why would I come all the way back to this establishment for a eyeliner lives far away. I told her I’m going to put a review online she can keep it.
My first time coming to their latest new store. I love the wide selection and product lines. As always, the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely continue to shop at all of their locations.
The customer service is not like it used to be. They have a good selection of product. There was a tall gentleman when they first opened he was very nice and knowledgeableand would actually help you find what your looking for . Where did he go?
Staff are not helpful and are very rude. Prices are way too high compared to other beauty supply stores. They try to cloak their up charges with “customer credit discounts”They’re really just giving you the same amount it should cost smh. Save the hassle and visit a different one.
WOW this store is huge full of hair, hair products. Clothes accessories. It's like Dollar+ store. You going to see something else you want. ????
