Chips was no ready was hard and pure white,fish was good, tomato pasta delicious ,so long waiting. Seat in. Strong smell of frying when you seat in and clothes was smell when you go out.
The food was all cooked fresh although we couldn't get full menu as they were a chef down. Everything we had was very tasty
Ate here as everywhere else was booked out or shut. So glad we stopped, lovely bright, fresh interior. Very friendly staff and fab food. They have a varied menu including freshly made pastas, burgers, pizzas and the usual choices from the chip shop. An added bonus was Equis ice-cream. Chips were delicious. Well worth a visit if you're local or just passing.
I stopped in for something to eat on the way to work the staff were friendly and polite and my pizza was lovely its a good wee place for something to eat
Hate to leave this review but disappointed, been coming for years, went and plenty empty tables but they all were unclean cutlery empty cans, first thought was aww they must be busy,young girl final came out and wiped one table and then left to do something else? Still saying it's not a big deal I will ask for a cloth myself, after siting for a while someone came over said she will get our order shortly,after a while people starting coming in and we're took before us, I do feel it was a staff issue no structure,and I kept saying they must be busy then witnessed them doing other stuff like looking for blue sauce for ice cream whilst we were still sting on a fifthly table and still hadn't took our order, so we had no choice just to leave am sorry for this review but it was frustrating to see after all these years.but customer service was poor.
This is a good place to visit as the choices are good. You also have amazing ice cream choices also staff are friendly and you leave feeling it was worth it.
Food was tasty, with big portions. Reasonable pricing. Very friendly and efficient service
