LINDA DID MY HAIR...IT WAS HORRIBLE....(BROWN BRAIDS $180)

I CALLED THE OWNER SHE STATED SOMEONE OTHER THAN LINDA WOULD DO IT OVER AND I WOULD GET A DISCOUNT...ONLY TO ARRIVE AND FIND OUT THE OWNER BRAIDED MY HAIR & CHARGED ME ANOTHER $180 ...APPARENTLY THE STYLE SHE DID WAS $200

SO I RECEIVED A $20 DISCOUNT! SO I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE ABOUT IT...I

WILL LET THE PICTURES REFLECT THE BURDEN OF PROOF.......TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

COLOR WAS NEVER THE ISSUE....THE TECHNIQUE....THE LOOK ....THE PARTING....ALL WAS AN ISSUE....NEW BRAIDERS ARE IN THE SHOP ALL THE TIME!

This was the first hair shop I’ve ever let braid my hair I had no issues. This is the only hair salon that I let do my hair. Their work was the best first impression for me. I’m not understanding why some people have issues cause they ask what color hair do you want to use. It’s your choice

Charge according to how they feeling . Work is mid . Been going to this salon since high school and had to get my father to get my money back . Mid work , and expensive price . Your choice when there is a salon down the street who washes hair free of charge ! And lets you be aware of all charges BEFOREHAND . Way to go 2Friends African Braiding !! Need to train them Simona gworls !

When I first got these braids done, 3 WEEKS AGO, they looked great. I even tipped $20 on top of the $180 it already cost me to get them done. I have been getting my hair braided for 15 years and NEVER in those 15 years have I seen braids come out or undone in 3 weeks. 4 braids have come out the fact that three more are on the verge of coming undone is completely unacceptable. I had half a mind to walk back in to the "shop" and tell them to re-do it but, if one person in the salon doesn't know how to braid, how do you trust that another person in the same salon won't do just as terrible a job?

This is the WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL job and salon I have ever been to and I would recommend you find anywhere else to get your hair braided.

Not good with appointments they gave me a 3 o’clock didn’t get serviced until 4:30 & I had to put my daughters beads on for her!!!!

Linda is the best!! She did an amazing job on my hair gave me exactly what I wanted! She listened, was nice & accommodating, & timely. This was my first time going to Simona’s but it won’t be the last! If anyone ask I 10/10 recommend.
