Really great breakfast and experience :)

My husband and I came here for brunch on a Saturday and loved the decor. The staff were really nice, and the breakfast bowl was huge. The sausage is really good and they seem to source a lot of their items locally. We can’t wait to go back.

Amazing local restaurant - mainly chicken dishes. Very generous portions for a great price.

Amazing freshly baked cakes, hot chocolate menu is vast, and i highly recommend the orange hot chocolate. The staff are always polite, and super friendly. Plus they sell lots of great eco friendly products and reusable items, including their own drinking cups. The highlight of my week, especially during lockdown. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing food all home made and large portions. So friendly as well. Lovely to see them supporting local suppliers and selling local items in the café too.

I ordered dinner from here last night and it was delicious. The flavors were AMAZING, the portions are really generous, the menu has a huge choice to appeal to the whole family and the service was fab. I love the fact you can choose your sauce for your dish and the options were really fantastic. The Mango and Lime sauce was the perfect flavour to go with my halloumi and chorizo rice box. Their delicious peri peri sauce was fab too and you can choose the heat level. Highly recommend everyone in Burgess Hill to try Silvas. A superb independent business that has a huge passion for food and customer service.
