Got a mid taper fade today and I’m not happy. It looks like it wasn’t blended properly and on the back of my neck my hair line has bald patches on the edges. Would appreciate it if it could be fixed with a mid fade or a refund.
Their website says open at 9am on Saturday. I go there at 9:10. Nobody there, came back at 10. Three barbers were there asked if I had an appointment I said no website said 9. Waited over 45 minutes and left without a haircut. I was a loyal customer for two years Not anymore!!
Had an appointment for 2 o clock, barely even got a hello. Waited 45 minutes, no one re assured me I would be up next. Shop was disgusting, as I was waiting one of the barbers was blow drying a customer, and the excessive hair on the floor ( it’s covered ) went in my shoes…
I have been getting my cuts here for about a year and the staff has been spectacular. Claudia and Ramon have been taking care of me since day one. They always accommodate me with my busy schedule and have such a great environment to be around I would 110% recommend. At Showtime, it really feels like a second family. If you have not tried them yet check them out!

From New Orleans and moved to Portland for work opportunities. Thinking it was gonna take forever to find a good barber that knows how to do a fyia fade. Got lucky I found this spot on my first try. No need to stop anywhere else. Showtime Barbershop is where it's at!! 100
Called and got a walk-in appointment. Love the vibe and really cool crew. You want a fresh look? This is the place you have to go! Fade is on point, crisp lines, and they trim beards too.
Claudia always does a fantastic job. I love that she's a perfectionist when it comes to men's haircuts. I'll definitely be back to Showtime Barbershop.
