Sincerely the best barbershop in Springfield, MA. Very friendly and welcoming staff. No bad words allowed or inappropriate music playing. The owner is a very up standing guy. You can feel they're proud of their job and business. Jay is my personal barber and he's always available. Never have to wait more than an hour for a haircut. Overall awesome place!

Normally love this place, usually runs smoothly. Today there were 3 barber's working. I waited over an hour , normally I see Orlando but he was booked completely, so I wouldn't have minded seeing someone else, the third barber claims to have asked me if I wanted to get my haircut with him, but he didn't ask me directly. After that he cleaned up and left for the day. I left after that wasn't gonna wait any longer when both barber's they are lefthave appointments that will take hours. Not sure if I'll be back.
