Let me start off by saying she glues a tip to my finger then yanked it off because she put it wrong..Worse place I have ever been I left politely but these are not it I asked for clear pink an service was so rude she cared less what I even wanted these were $52 ! Couldn’t even put cuticle oil after worse place I have ever been in San Bernardino very unhappy.
Nothing special about this place but nothing bad either. It was a mediocre experience. Pros: we walked in and were taken right away for 2 pedicures. AND did a great job. Cons: if you want a luxury experience this is not the place.
Would I come back? Yes, my feet and nails look great.

This is the worst place I’ve ever came too. The lady literally doesn’t know her shapes. She hurt me numerous times. The nails look crooked and super thick And the price is way too high. Don’t waste your time and money!!! ????????????????
I asked for these really pretty nails down below in photos and the nails I got had nail polish on the side, were not the right color at all or length, and they were duck shaped. I got my nails done a different time there and they were really good but this time they were terrible. I got them done for my first day of high school. I felt like crying lol
They dont tell you the real price when you call and get pricing. I went in for a fill and got design and different colors. They charged me 38 dollars. When I asked how much it would be for a regular fill with no design and one color, he said oh so 15 plus 13. He charged me 2 dollars to cut my nails. That should be included. I decided I didnt want to come back. They look good but WAY too overpriced. I could have gotten a new full set for the same price and differenct colors and a design at my other shop.
Awful customer service. Extremely rude manicurist cut me looks and me and instead of saying “oops” or “sorry about that” she starts scolding me about moving. I was holding perfectly still.. who moves around while getting their nails done..? Then she continues to complain about how I’m holding my hand. Over all a bad experience and my nails don’t even look professional they’re crooked and I know she seen I just wanted to get out of there. Never going back and I would advise anyone not to.
I asked for the first one and got the second. I got them done for a job interview I had. When I was getting them done I couldn’t tell that they had shaped them like that, not what I asked for at all. Lady was nice but didn’t listen too well. In all was not that happy but at least my nails are painted.
