Terrible service today. I have asked specificly the hair syle and I got somerhing else. Mary Tamar did my hair and seems like she didnt have the humor to do my hair.

My hair smell burning. I told her to be careful as she was burning my head and I dont appreciate this treatment. She also was pulling my hair when she was removing the pins.

Ive been very nice with them and always gaved her a tip.

I also noticed another lady came with short hair and they only washed her hair plus some style she request and got charge $45. She didnt have much hair!

I can detenime when I asked the owner how much i have to pay before they start to do the job he told me $45 then when I told the lady exacly what I am lookimg for, seems like she want to get pay more money (more than $45) (wash, cut and blow usually $30 but ending $45 plus$5 in tips)

Mary Tamar burn out my hair plus the hair style is awful. She was also extremely in rush to have my hair done ending in a sloppy hair style. I will report this to the NY State Business complaint

I am also making this to the public so people are aware of. They starting charging very expensive in the top of the bad service they provide,

I've been coming here since I was 13. Eddie is the best and I LOVE Carmen. So many other talented stylists. I wish more spoke better english, but overall the service is great and there is rarely a wait.

I’ve patronizing Shampoo for quite a while. They are experts at doing Dominican hair then they are at any other type. They are basic, meaning they don’t have the knowledge to help you treat your hair for healthiness. They are good at wash / set & blow drying (that's what I basically get). The owner doesn't hire people who speak English therefore there’s a lost in translation. You have to ask Spanish speaking patrons to translate, if possible. Horrible! The owner is rude and possess no customer service skills therefore none of his workers puts in an effort. While I'm in the system she’s talking to co-workers like they haven’t seen each other in a while. I’m there to get in and out. Hey, I’m a live and let live person, however they constantly speak Spanish even if they’re giving instructions on what you want. I have no qualms when it comes to the prices but being in that atmosphere has become uncomfortable. In example, as I mentioned I’ve been a patron a good while and when I asked the owner how long? He replied, “Who's doing your hair?” Believe me he knows exactly who does my hair. Because no one will touch you if you've constantly used the same beautician in the past. Like it's taboo. BTW, no stylists.

I’ve been getting my hair done by these amazing women for almost 15 years. Got both my daughters hair done here for years also.

Terrible service waited for over an hour to get my hair washed and dried. Not a blow out. Just simply dried.

I'm just moving back to the Island, and before I moved Shampoos always did my blowouts. Now, I bring my daughter, whose a bit tender headed, and they're great with her too! Marta, has the patience, for those tender headed, little ones. I'd Recommend them to anyone.

Real good. Super busy full of african women with coarse hair but the way they exit out omg soooo beautifully done. I got a blow dry for 25 dollars so straight it?was incredible and nice girls working there

My Hair hasn’t been the same since I went there! Don’t go there if you have natural hair they definitely put some type of relaxer in my hair!!

Today
