Certainly not even 1 star is correct…. Went in as they opened I don’t know anything about hair/texture/style nothing this gentleman would not move was very very very rude …horrible customer service I advise you to go to another hair store

Terrible customer service tonight. An extremely heavy set older guy was very very rude. And the selection of hair products has decline. The organization of the store has decline drastically as well. He complained that I spent 30 minutes to spend a few dollars as I didn’t see what I wanted but wanted to make a purchase regardless. Horrible customer service. And most of the hair selection is no longer available.
I would have give his rude behind 0 star if i could The owner or whatever he is is very rude, i went in there last week , he has a smart mouth and he is no help only thing, he does is be on the phone and give attitude
