I been yesterday for makeup I don’t have enough time they done a fabulous job,the lady who done my makeup loved her makeup and all the services. I am very satisfied with her work and would like to thank her and the team for adding so much shine to my big days! Great work. She is very professional,i really like the makeup.
Horrible experience. Staff is not trained.about 3 yrs go I had received awesome spa Mani/pedi from her .. this time it was beyond awful. They had no staff to do my Mani &pedi which was pre booked. They asked the helper to do this for me.( Maybe she is qualified but utterly in experienced) She herself confessed that she does not do it normally and usually only helps around facials. The lady was super nice to talk to as a person. Professionally it was a full zero. They used the same tools that they used on the other customer(my sis in law) which is ridiculously unhygienic.. the lady was trying to cut my nails but guess what the nail cutter wasn't even touching my nails she was clearly having difficulty seeing. I even asked her are you having trouble seeing... at this point I just lost it... So I finished my Mani and was seated for pedicure I watched the other lady do Mani on my sisinlaw. She started off a massage which was never done for me. When I raised my concern the lady goes" did you not get one?" the manager goes. Do the mssage just before they finish off.. the nail polish range is pathetic. I was so disgusted with the service. I told them on face never coming back here again and for that the reply was oh that amazing staff was about 3 yrs ago they no longer work here. I think the service levels should remain the same just as the price list does. Although it was nice of the manager - I think only because of the manager they might be able to retain a few customers.. she was nice to not charge me the full amount for spa Mani /pedi honestly speaking it was no worth the normal price. Will never go there again
I had excellent experience with my services. Jasvir did my facial which entirely changed my skin and made my face glow. Gurmeet did my hair cutting and i am so happy with my hair cut. Team is very cooperative and friendly. I was trally comfortable there while having services. They check the skin and gives suggestion which facial will suit us and it did work so good. Thankyouuu so much for giving me a change and excellent services.
Would not go here again. Unfortunately the paraffin wax manicure & pedicure experience was an absolute disappointment. Staff were kind but were clearly not trained. Nail polish collection is terrible, clumpy, old stuff. Very few were usable so not many options. Did not clean my nails, had to ask for this and was only done on my feet. Few cuts due to lack of knowledge on service. Did not know how to apply nail polish, the manager had to take over. One of the staff admitted not doing this before. Nail tools were not cleaned when used between my sister and I. Such a shame I came here 3 years ago but it appears standards have dropped. Manager was nice enough to reduce the price of the service. But won't return. Hygiene is a huge issue.
Superb services especially Gold facial. Such an amazing and relaxing massage given by Kirandeep Bajwa. That girl has got magical hands who gave me accurate pressure and lovely massage.5 stars to her efforts.
Gurmeet is very professional yet friendly hair dresser, I really wanted to do something to my hair for soo long and I feel I have arrived at right place and right person..
She have done piur keratin to my hair and I really loved the way my hair is looking now, I highly recommend botany shanaz husain salon and Gurmeet ji for what she have done..
