If I couldve given no stars I would’ve. The elderly lady in the store is so sweet but the middle aged b***h that works in there is AWFUL. I’m usually a regular here but not anymore. I called just to see if they carried kinky curly ponytails & she automatically cut me off in the middle of my question stating that they have clip ons but she doesn’t know what size i need so i’ll need to come up there… she didn’t even answer my question really so i rephrased & asked “im not asking for size, but do you have the kinky curly ponytails” and she cut me off AGAIN saying the same thing so I didn’t even bother trying to negotiate i just hung up in her face since she didn’t want to let me finish talking. I would get it if I came at her in a vicious way but I was as patient as I could be for as long as I could be. She needs to get herself together.

One of the owners was very rude to me after I asked her for some help so I ended up leaving feeling sad and not buying anything. Take your money else where they don’t deserve it.

The owners of this shop are literally hostile with their customers at best and entirely undeserving of their business at worst. It really should be revoked. They order you about, screech back answers to questions when they bother to answer, and traipse around behind you awaiting the opportunity to pounce C gleefully accusing you of theft. In their view every customer is a thief and just who wants to spend their money with people who treat you like you just boosted the place. Good riddance to you Seven. You could stroke ME a check and I’d not step foot in there again. Nasty old bats.

Beware! The elderly man was being very difficult with honoring their return policy. Will not be returning.

This is the only spot that carries the micro braiding hair that I like.

For that I give it 4 stars.

I wish I can give this place a 0! The owner is super rude and disrespectful. I don’t know how she is still in business with this type of customer service.

Honestly, my daughter and I was wanting to try adding box braiding hair extensions to our hair. We had a bad experience at a different store so I searched online, found this place photos looked good so I went to read the comments and I was nervous going because of the negative comments but I'm we went anyway and I am so very glad we did. They have so many products.. and they were very kind and helped us find the product we needed.. fantastic people.
