The slowest service I ever experienced. There was an old man taking orders and he could not speak good English or hr was drunk.
I just wanted a burger with onions ketchup and a single Battered sausage. After asking me three more times what I wanted he placed, after 35 minutes a burger on counter. I said did you put ketchup on it and he mumbled to girl cooking and she had to come do that. I said is sausage there? He mumbled again to the girl. I saw him put something in fryer. I said you know I ordered Battered sausage. Ooh I can change that. A other twelve minutes at least and he handed me a bag. When I got to car there was about quarter tea spoon of ketchup and about same quantity of onion and sausages were plain and two of them and no ketchup. So almost 50 minutes I waited. Two men who came after me waited an hour and one young guy who only wanted a can of Fanta waited 15 minutes. The food was actually not bad but service the worst. Never again will I darken their doors.
How can people give this a one star? You go here for the atmosphere and the good food. Don't order your food, go there and experience it. If someones not having an argument outside with another patron you've come on the wrong day. Pizzas are bussin, all meat pizza would bring a tear to anyones eye. And the chips are what you need after a long work shift. And if the man himself is on, forget about it.
Food used to be great here but it's gone to the dogs since the big pizza maker fella left. Very hit and miss now. You don't know what your going to get to be honest
Great authentic wood fired pizza. Great chips and garlic mayo dip. Reasonably priced. But only if Sergio has some help, when left alone things unravel a bit! But hes a good character.
Great authentic wood fired pizza made by actual Italians. Communication a wee touch difficult but I come for pizza made the right way. Reasonably priced for the quality. The fish and chips is also surprisingly good and the portions are generous. We come all the way from outside Banbridge just for a Sergios. Best pizzas in Co Down or Armagh.
Worst place about this place is a joke we ordered a pizza it was not good at all it was burnt very uneven cuts and it was just a big no no. The garlic chip took 50 odd minutes to make an when he did he was being very cheeky an put the cheese on with his dirty hands.he’s not that nice of a lad to talk to as he was giving my friend a lot of abuse do not recommend this place at all.
My friends and I got food recently and we will not be back in a rush because I got a garlic cheese chip and the owner handled the cheese with his dirty bare hands I’ll probably get a disease now
My friend ordered a pizza and the crust was burnt
We were extremely dissapointed
It’s also the slowest takeaway I’ve been to
This take away need to be shut down
Best chips in Newry, Sergio is an absolute gent, couldn't recommend it enough if you're looking food.
