Pretty good place. Very friendly stat. They don't rush like the other place does, and they do good work. It's pricey - $45 for a set of nails put on vs $40 at the other place. But they come out nicer. Another thing is they don't constantly carry on loud conversations in their native language while doing your nails, making you feel awkward. They focus on you, most of them speak English pretty good and understand you as well,so there's not a communication issue either.

I only get my nails done professionally like once a year, if that often,and I do them myself the rest of the time because I can't justify spending $50+/month on my fingernails lol! But if you're going to get your nails done, this place is better and more customer friendly than the place by Ross, and they do much better work.

I came here because my family gets their nails done here. My experience here was not great. Prior to services being rendered I looked over several reviews, I am particular about my manicure. Upon reading through several reviews I requested a specific man to do my nails. While getting serviced, (gel mani with extensions), I had to point out several times that my polish wasn’t being applied correctly over the entire nail. I was told the design I was going to get would cover it up. I had several nails that were crooked, I mean severely crooked. The man proceeds to file it although I explained another tip would be needed because at this point it is being filed down so much on the sides that the shape is not like my other nail. He gets upset with me and share that I should’ve said something before acrylic was applied. I told him that it’s not about the tip it’s how he shaped my nail and I wanted it fixed. He got an attitude and said that He would remove my nail and I can get someone else to do it and also told me that my fingers were “crooked”. I don’t have a picture of my first severely crooked nail. My ring finger looks like it is flying up, up and away like buzz light year! This man was on the FaceTime with his sister for a good portion of my nails being serviced so it’s safe to say he was distracted. I laughed and told him that I’ve gotten my nails done plenty of times to know how I like that and no one’s fingers are perfectly straight however my nails shouldn’t be pointing in the direction of Timbuktu. I was blamed, upon curing other nails he didn’t let the coats fully cure for at least 60 secs. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. The lady at the front was nice but this person was very unprofessional. My family also won’t be back to get services here. I am not pleased with my nails.

This is my 1st time here. I chose the basic pedicure, they don’t use bags in the foot sink. They’re very fast. Manicure is good, overall gentle and no bleeding at all.

Ive been here numerous times and usually happy but today was horrible! Michael did a poor job on my nails. No base coat, polish on my skin and very rude. Will never come back if he is my only option.

My first here at the nail salon and had an amazing experience with my girl. I loved the atmosphere there pretty clean space. The girls knew what they are doing and did pretty good job with the mani n pedi. My girl had a pedi too and got her nails painted ( crimson red). Would definitely visit the place again and strongly recommend it for everyone.

I had a wonderful experience here despite all the Google reviews. I was lucky enough to get Eric. He was very thorough and professional. My nails turned out better than anywhere I've ever gone.

This is a nice looking nail salon and the check in was pleasant. My nail tech was also pleasant, but the communication was very difficult. I was unheard and rushed. I also had a 2nd service that she totally forgot about and this was obvious when she left me to assist someone else. Yet I still tipped her, but I had to leave to find someone to finish my services. That someone also fixed the rushed paint job of this salon. I pray this salon considers how they make their customers feel and try better understandable-communication.

I used this salon for awhile and stopped about 4-5 years ago. I went Saturday and didn’t notice how badly they were painted on Sunday. My thumb nail already broke, the polish is clumpy and not painted well on the toes nor my hands. My nails on my hands are filed crooked. Such a waste of time and money. Never going back again.
