I have been a loyal customer to Jenni for four years now and there is no one else I trust with my hair. Jenni cares about making sure your hair does not get damaged. As someone who bleaches their hair it’s always scary trusting people to make sure they don’t completely fry your hair but Jenni always takes care of me. The vibe at this salon is so happy and welcoming. Everyone who works here is super talented and kind. I will always come back! I live in Miami now and still come by every 2-3 months to get my hair done by her.
I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Jenni for many years. I live out of town and specifically wait until I am back to visit Cape Coral to get my hair cut. She does a phenomenal job every time! She is very attentive and explains which colors will work with your hair. She uses hair treatments as well to make the hair as soft as possible. It is always so much catching up with her!! Highly recommend!
After few disappointments at another salon, I found Serendipity! Maydevis was great, she took her time explaining me the process. The final result was amazing! My hair felt so healthy.
I'm am definitely coming back!

I never leave reviews, especially a negative one! I have to on this one. My daughter after tons of search & all positive reviews, felt confident in this place & decided to get her hair cut at this salon. She went in asked for a a lil trim. The lady said 1 sentence to my daughter “do you want layers”?? Daughters response idk a lil I guess. This so called stylist NELA GLAM HANDS messed my daughters hair up so bad, that tonight she had to go to another salon to have it fixed.. I think she should of demanded her $70.00 & the $30.00 tip back!! Now at $100.00 just to have her hair messed up. Which she would of never tipped her that much if she could of seen how horrible these layers were. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS STYLIST TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! Not personable and way to expensive!!
I have always had an awesome experience! I have hair extensions and have had my hair colored, cut etc.ALL to which I am pleased with. They are very welcoming, listen well to what I want done, all in all I recommend this salon and Nela as your hairdresser.
Ori is Amazing! If I can give Ori 10 Stars I would. She is truly God sent. She is so talented! Not to mention professional, warm & sweet. I went into the salon looking like a HOT MESS! My hair was over bleached, dry, & damaged. Ori worked her magic and I can out looking Fabulous! I'm in love with my hair again. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
P.s. - Everyone in the salon is so sweet. The moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The salon has such a relaxed positive vibe.
