Service was pleasant, but when settling the bill, a little man came from nowhere and said the menu prices were incorrect and presented an amount that was significantly more. In my opinion, this was very unprofessional and borderline dishonest. Because of this, I do not recommend Senses as it just felt wrong!
I just moves to gulf shores about 4weeks ago and had gone to a different nail place and did not like my experience. I got a full set and within 4days I had broke 3 nails. So I went to Senses and had them removed and a new set applied. The removal was super easy. Best experience I've ever had getting g nails removed. Peter spent so much time making sure the shape was what I wanted and even cleaned under the nail so they weren't goopy or too thick. Can't wait to get them redone next month I will definitely be coming back
Salon came highly recommended: truth- environment is rushed andI got double teamed (nails and toes same time). Not relaxing. At allllllllll. Nails: see pics- nails tips were placed crooked and incorrect size. No curve or apex, no forming or time taken. Each nail looks different no uniform shape or size. I was laughed at when I questioned the 88 dollar price as I didn’t ask for gel toes. I was frazzled from the double team environment and nails are a mess. See pics
Very quick service which was a plus! I waited maybe 7 mins and was in the chair. The gel selections weren’t plentiful but the speed & a clean finish was the main goals. Missions accomplished!
Best pedicure I’ve had in a LONG time! I had the Gel pedi. Great service!
Came in as a visitor to the state for new gel polish. Young quiet spoken college girl soaked off gel as i asked with little to none Dremel. And requested cuticles clipped. 28$ without tip. I would recommend her however as i have learned i can't recommend others i have not been too. Out in maybe 50 minutes. Nearly 2 weeks later my gel nails are holding up despite one chip i may have picked at.
I’ve never been disappointed with a visit to Senses I’ve always been treated with exemplary kindness both Peter and Kim have excellent skills!
I always get a French powder dip; Ree does an excellent job on my nails!
